Skeptical at first, but unfounded!

I’m still very young and was initially skeptical because I hadn’t had any contact with a fertility practice yet, but my fears were completely unfounded. The reviews speak for themselves, but on site it’s VERY DIFFERENT.

Appointments can be made within 48 hours. Reception is incredibly professional, everyone is smiling & the entire practice has a common thread. It is literally a villa, but also an oasis of well-being. Everyone is nice, but not artificially nice – but really empathetic, sensitive and competent. The doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and involved my wife perfectly. Medical history forms are not skimmed over, but rather evaluated.
The medically necessary examinations also went smoothly! The blood draw was the fastest I’ve ever had. The team is well-rehearsed, but not overclocked.

If you are looking for a practice with a clinic feel, you have come to the wrong place. This is an oasis for people with time, who can arrive on time and leave on time. Questions are answered, the staff is nice & there is also a really good latte! 🙂

Best decision for us to come here. We were always taken seriously, treated very respectfully, and all fears and concerns were discussed. Good explanation. I always had the feeling that as little as possible but as much as necessary was done here.

5 stars are actually not enough…

We are completely satisfied with the care and treatment (which we are currently receiving). Miss Dr. Reeka is a great doctor. Sensitive, competent and very gifted with fine motor skills. I am usually very sensitive to any examination. She was even able to endure the puncture of several eggs without anesthesia. You will be involved in choosing the right treatment. Diagnostics are also offered here and are not swept under the table, as is unfortunately the case in some places. The endometrial scratching (biopsy) she recommended saved us a lot of unnecessary costs and frustration for pointless experiments, as something came out of it and is immediately treated in this (gently stimulated) ICSI. I would also like to emphasize what a great soul dear Ms. Martin is. You can usually find her at reception and on the phone and she always puts a smile on your face. Of course, the other employees were also very friendly without exception. Otherwise, a real highlight is the great accessibility by telephone. In other centers it is sometimes like winning the lottery. I never had this problem once and received friendly advice every time. The atmosphere of the villa is also incomparable. Just sitting in the waiting room (although the waiting times are not long) has a “therapeutic” effect. During this stressful time when I was trying to have children, it became a “safe haven” for me.
It is also important to mention that many procedures are offered here that you cannot otherwise find in every clinic (IVF/ICSI Naturelle, intralipid infusion, time-lapse incubator and other special services that can be booked). We really hope that the attempt will now work. But I would still leave Villa Kinderwunsch with a smile and a tear in my eye because we feel so incredibly comfortable here. And that’s saying something💕

After 3 failed cycles in a different clinic, we had a success with Villa Kinderwunsch from the first time. Now 7 weeks pregnant with twins. They really take time to think of individual situations and personalised treatments. Special thank you to Dr. Lehnert and all the team.

Simply very good practice. We felt very well looked after right from the start. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed. No pressure to do anything, all options are discussed in detail and as a couple you have the opportunity to choose which path you want to take. Not as mass processing as in the health insurance clinics. Yes, it is a private clinic and yes, that costs money, but you also get better and more individual care and you don’t end up outside again after 10 minutes of conversation and examinations because 10 others are already waiting for the doctor.
We were at a point where we didn’t care what it cost because the desire to have children simply outweighed the costs. I can only say thank you 1000 times for the great support! Above all, the team forgives any delays for patients who come from further away, thank you very much for that. The late consultation hours are also perfect for working people.
