It was a difficult and long journey for us until we finally got pregnant and a woman contributed so much to this and above all, she motivated us to never give up. Namely Ms. Dr. Akyazi-Oberhoffer, we have taken her very close to our hearts and cannot put into words our gratitude to her and also to the clinic team.
We are forever grateful to the clinic and can only recommend it, we looked closely at what we needed and so the treatment plan was drawn up, and we were always treated kindly and with respect, no matter how many questions we had, they were all answered Some people also like to answer more than once when we were on the fence, so our feedback couldn’t have gone better.
Again, thank you so much that everything worked out so well.

Our journey started in March 2020 in The Netherlands. After doing the same over and over again (with the same results) we tried another hospital. After 2 attempts which were slightly different than the first hospital we were looking abroad and found TFP Düsseldorf. That’s where we met Dr. Sauer. He gave us the confidence we were looking for. On the first try we were finally pregnant! Unfortunately it resulted in a miscarriage, but on the bright sight: we’ve never come so far in The Netherlands.

What we love about Dr. Sauer is that he is so skilled, experienced and passionate about his work. Without us asking for it he’ll suggest to do some kind of research or change the dosage/brand of the hormones. This journey had many ups and (even more) downs, but Dr. Sauer gave us exactly what we needed and when we needed it. Even multiple good laughs! When he’s at a congress to stay updated with the latest advancements in fertility treatments, there’s always another doctor available so we could continu our treatment.

The Dutch team deserves a special recognition for all the communication, encouragement and support outside our consultations. The compassion and professionalism of Venessa, Ellen and Fenna make all the difference. Together they are a real dreamteam!

We highly recommend Dr. Sauer and his team at MVZ Kinderwunsch am Seestern to anyone struggling with fertility issues. Thanks to them we’re finally expecting our first baby after years and years of trying to conceive!

For anyone who is considering fertility treatment and values ​​safety, transparency and careful care, I would strongly advise against choosing this fertility clinic. Our experience there was sobering and took a toll on us both mentally and physically.

From the start, the organization was chaotic: callbacks went unanswered and often no one knew the reason for the contact. Data protection left a lot to be desired – confidential details of other patients were openly discussed several times.

The worst thing, however, was the treatment itself. Too high a dose of GONAL-f caused life-threatening overstimulation of my ovaries. Despite all the symptoms, the puncture was performed and I was given MINIRIN, which caused severe fluid retention in the brain, hypocalcemia and muscle cramps. I had to go to the intensive care unit and am still struggling with the health consequences to this day. At this critical time, my husband tried desperately to contact the clinic on their emergency number – to no avail.

Instead of support, we later received a bill for 2,500 euros and it turned out that our embryos had been frozen, thawed and refrozen multiple times, which severely affected the success of our treatment. We only received this information at another clinic.

After all the experiences, I can only appeal: Anyone who decides to undergo fertility treatment and is dependent on competent, safe care should definitely avoid this clinic.”

Doctor Akyazi-Oberhoffer is very competent in her field. She answers questions and takes her time. Overall, she makes you feel good.

We would like to thank the entire team, especially Ms. Akyazı. From the beginning to the end of the treatment, everyone was always very friendly and solution-oriented. We felt very comfortable and safe here. If you want children, you can come here with peace of mind.

Unparalleled service and great attitude of people there. Our doctor was Dr. Selma Yildrim and we couldnt be more happy about the whole procedure. Everything was guided well and the results are positive. We are signing off happy.

Social freezing
The two stars go to the reception staff, who are super nice, organized and work for the benefit of the patient. A doctor might be nice in and of herself, but that doesn’t mean much to me if she isn’t sufficiently educated on the subject herself. She tried to explain questions about the costs to me after the blood test, but then simply disappeared without comment, even though I was still sitting there. In your opinion, a maximum dosage of a certain AMH would have to be taken and expensive examinations would have to be carried out in advance. Ergo, immense costs and not without danger. She was unable to explain any questions I had about the breakdown of costs. I then had to ask the receptionist, they seemed to have a little more idea, but they weren’t so sure either. I chose another practice that was more cost-effective and whose doctor seemed more experienced in the subject, could explain the costs and looked puzzled at the suggested dosage. If the patient is going to spend so much money, then I would at least like the doctor to uptodate is the best when it comes to studies and can explain the cost breakdown.
