After numerous attempts at a fertility clinic in the Graz area, our wish to have children unfortunately remained unfulfilled. After several recommendations and because of the excellent reviews on Google for the Sterignost fertility clinic in Klagenfurt, we decided to move to Klagenfurt after a lot of consideration – and that was the best decision we could have made!

The entire therapy with Dr. Winter and his team were not only more extensive, but also very personal and sensitive.

Dr. Winter always took the time to explain every step and provide us with emotional support throughout the entire process. His professionalism and understanding gave us the trust and confidence we needed along the way.

And then the miracle: it worked on the first try in the clinic!

Our son was born in September. A small miracle that reminds us every day why we chose this path.

We are eternally grateful for Dr. Winter and his team, who not only supported us with their specialist knowledge, but also with their humanity and empathy.

For all parents who are still on their way: don’t be discouraged. It may be a difficult path, but sometimes detours lead to the most beautiful destinations.

Very disappointed!!
At the first consultation I was very enthusiastic and hopeful, but then the time for therapy came and I noticed that they weren’t making 100% effort to meet my needs, but I still remained hopeful.
It’s easy for when you start therapy you should have more personal contact and not always exchange all your worries and needs via email and I slowly didn’t get a good feeling but I had to get through it.

In any case, I tried IVF at this private clinic a year ago and was very disappointed.

In the end it seemed to me that the greatest interest was in the money and not the success of the patients.

Competent, committed and sensitive, that’s exactly what you could only hope for on such a very challenging journey to have children.
You really couldn’t put yourself in better hands, we are still happy and grateful to have chosen this clinic.

Unfortunately, the pain follow-up treatment after my procedure in this clinic was not available. I called after the procedure in severe pain and was not helped. As a result, I had side effects from weak medication for 2 weeks. I would have expected something different from a private clinic where you pay a lot. I hope you take my feedback to heart and improve your pain follow-up care and availability on weekends. Write an email with “urgent” if you are in severe pain? Unworldly. My experience before the procedure: Medically competent handling – the humanity of some doctors leaves a lot to be desired… In my opinion, very good doctors need more than medical expertise.

We were very satisfied with the empathetic and competent care during our fertility journey!!! How fortunate that there are institutions like you that help couples like us have a biological baby. Thanks to you, we can hold our healthy sunshine in our arms today. This fertility clinic is a clear recommendation from the heart!!!
