In Dortmund, one attempt after another was started according to Scheme F, without getting to the bottom of the cause.
In Recklinghausen, a recovery disorder, autoimmune reaction and endometritis were diagnosed and treated accordingly. In addition, my PCOS syndrome was treated more intensively.
I would like to warmly thank Dr. Wendt, Ms. Dr. Thank Pitone and the team. You took time for me and always encouraged me. It was professional and reliable support during a very emotional time.
It was the best decision to visit you!!! Thanks for everything ♡♡♡

Although it was difficult to contact us by phone, all short-term questions were always answered promptly by email. Accordingly, I had no communication difficulties during the therapies.

After we didn’t feel so comfortable in Dortmund, we moved to the fertility center in Recklinghausen.
With Dr. We found a friendly and competent doctor.
The practice team was also very nice and empathetic across the board.
We always received an answer or a call back via email on the same day. So don’t be put off if the phone is busy.
Even if there were representations, you didn’t feel any less in good hands.
Now we have been successfully released for the second time…

Unfortunately, I can only rate the contact with the clinic. Despite several calls at different times of the day, contact forms and requests to call back, there was no contact. The least you could expect would be an indication that capacity is exhausted, you are in a holding pattern, or something similar. But unfortunately this clinic clearly lacks the basics, so we’re glad we didn’t come here in the first place.

After a few unsuccessful attempts and miscarriages at another Kiwu clinic, we decided to switch to Reprovita. It was the best decision. They finally addressed our questions and concerns in detail and looked for a possible cause. It was a hard time. The loving support of the entire team made you feel very well looked after. Here you are not just a number. The entire team even knows you by name. Ms. Dr. Wendt is very competent and supported us well with her warm manner and encouraged us to fight for our greatest wish. And who would have thought it. When we and the team least expected it, our miracle happened. The cycle was doomed to fail because none of our polar bears developed into blastocysts. Nevertheless, I got pregnant, and naturally. We are overjoyed and have been looking forward to holding our son in our arms since the beginning of October.

Unfortunately not available, I’ve called probably 200 times in the last 2 weeks and sent 4 inquiries via email and contact form, no response. Since our fertility clinic is closing within a month and we are now urgently looking for a practice that would take us in along with our frozen eggs, we would have liked to stay there. If no patient admission is possible, that’s ok, but no answer at all, that’s really crap!

Unfortunately no one is available.
First I tried using the contact form.
Unfortunately there is no confirmation of receipt here, which is why I tried again a week later using the contact form.

Another week later I started trying by phone.
After 23 call attempts on different days of the week and at different times (between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. and around 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.), I assume that the practice is no longer accepting any more patients or has been closed completely.

After a few unsuccessful attempts at another practice, we moved to Recklinghausen on the recommendation of a friend.
Finally they really turned us around, took our questions and comments seriously, looked left and right. We immediately noticed that we were in good hands there. You are not just a number.
The entire team (laboratory, reception, doctors) is without exception friendly and empathetic!
Ms. Dr. Wendt is extremely competent and always encouraged us not to give up with her warm manner. She helped us achieve our double miracle. In a few weeks we will hold our boys in our arms. We are overjoyed and don’t regret a second in this great practice!

A big compliment to the clinic!!!
We felt in good hands and cared for in the clinic from the very first moment.
The entire team at the clinic is very welcoming and you immediately feel like you are in good hands.
Our doctor was Dr. Wendt, but also Ms. Dr Pitonne as Dr. Wendt on vacation, was very sensitive and reassuring when we spoke to all of us.
I had 2 beautiful eggs implanted into me, but unfortunately it didn’t work the first time, so tests were done. I found out that I had a slightly increased level of blood clotting so that it was possible to recognize that the uterus did not have good blood flow, so we could deal with it.
So a second attempt was started at Easter.
I was successful today at 25+3 in less than 15 weeks we will be holding our daughter in our arms thanks to the entire team ❤️
Our greatest wish has come true and we have our great doctor to thank for that…
We can recommend this clinic with a clear conscience!

During our treatment phase, which lasted several years, we felt extremely comfortable and understood right from the start (from the initial consultation to the discharge to the gynecologist).
All questions that naturally arose again and again during such treatment were answered either after a short time by email by the team or personally, if requested, on the telephone by Dr. Wendt and represented by Ms. Dr. Pitone answered extremely professionally and understandingly.
Both doctors gave us the feeling that we were in the very best hands because they put their heart and soul into their profession. This was conveyed to us again and again on every visit.
Even in our setbacks, the possible complications were analyzed directly and the treatment methods changed or adjusted accordingly.
Each time we were encouraged to continue following our desire and not to give up. Now we have finally done it.

A big compliment and thank you also to the entire team of Ms. Dr Wendt and Ms. Dr. Pitone, who all do a great job and are always super friendly and professional.

If further treatment is necessary in the future, we know who we will definitely turn to again.

Four weeks ago I sent a request for an initial consultation via the email address listed on the website and filled everything out properly, as it is really difficult to get through on the telephone, which is certainly due to the increased number of patients.
Unfortunately, we have not received any feedback to date.
I also work in medicine and know what it’s like, but not hearing anything is very disappointing and also demotivating.
It’s a shame, we would have really liked to use their help.
