Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic is very bad. I have had five embryo transfers here. Only after my own examination outside the clinic were I diagnosed with serious health conditions (including a systemic autoimmune disease) that could have had a major impact on the success of the treatment and my decision-making. These circumstances were not addressed here before continuing with the treatment. During the last transfer, I did not have all the relevant information about my health condition. When I opened it up again, I was met with trivialization and shifting of responsibility rather than professional self-reflection. I am leaving with a loss of trust, a feeling that they were "going ahead at any cost", and a very unpleasant experience in communication. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the clinic, especially to patients who expect a sensitive, individual and truly comprehensive approach.

Here we moved from the competition where it was appalling and inhumane approach did not address the cause of infertility. And we could not help but be amazed by the pleasant staff, almost no waiting for the doctor. The doctor was very pleasant, the consequences of infertility began to be addressed, the wife was sent for surgery, the fallopian tube was removed, patency was restored, recovery in the spa, and 8 months after the surgery, a miracle happened, the wife became pregnant naturally. With this, I want to thank the wonderful young doctor for good diagnostics and great human behavior.

We moved from FnOl to Reprofit in Ostrava. The approach was different from the beginning. We had our own doctor assigned to us - MuDr. Jana Daňková Kučerová and we felt great from the very beginning. No pressure, really understanding how we wanted it, explaining why and what treatment was suitable. Finally we tried an IVF cycle and after 10 years of trying, when I didn't even think about the fact that it could really work, today I have a 12-day-old girl, Nora, at home. MuDr. Mrkvová was at the egg transfer and collection, and MuDr. Andrea Rákosová Kagánková was at the announcement of the heart event. Everyone, including the nurses and other workers, had a great approach. My husband and I are both grateful for everything and especially for our daughter. Everywhere I go, we always recommend this clinic. Thank you!
