This place is a dive. Neglected. I did get the report I asked for but no assistance with understanding it.

Only place in Cebu doing IVF, and they know it.. Very dirty and run down facility. You wait hours for any kind of service, and very expensive compared to facilities in Manila or overseas. Horrible customer service and you are treated like a piece of meat. Jollibee is cleaner and better organized than this place! AVOID if at all possible.

Try to avoid this place.
First time we waited for THREE hours (we had an appointment on specific time)
Second time – 1.5 hours
Third time – THREE hours again

Poor management – poor communication – try to find another place

No one apologies. No one give a heck about these situation. All the people in the queue with us had the same problem
