Big praise for all the staff of the Pronatal Sanatorium in Prague, especially for the coordinator Jelena, who provides great support during the procedure. At the time we contacted the clinic, we did not know what the donation program looked like and what we could expect during the process. Jelena and the doctor gave us a lot of well-intentioned advice and recommendations that helped us a lot. The staff of the clinic is friendly and professional, ready to answer all your questions. The clinic also has beautiful accommodation in nature, it is beautiful and relaxing. We are happy, satisfied, and in sweet anticipation of the first ultrasound. From our side, we highly recommend the Pronatal Sanatorium clinic.

Terrible attitude of the entire staff. At the beginning of the year, the doctors did not take a positive view of my decision to get at least one egg for me, but gradually we worked out that the egg arrived on its own, and this is an effort and understanding that is incredibly valuable in a human approach. 💕💕💕💕💕

“From the beginning I had the feeling that I was considered too old for the pregnancy program. This really affected my motivation, but I still decided to give it a try. In the end, I didn’t receive the support I needed from the nurse who was supposed to be my contact person for therapy – she didn’t respond to my calls all day. When I finally got there I was warmly welcomed and everything was fine, but by then I had already lost a lot of my motivation and wasn’t happy with the results either.”

Good day, I am not satisfied with what I have to write to this clinic. I can’t give advice or write out an incompetent person, but they have everything necessary written on paper right away. If I hadn’t come to it, I wouldn’t even know that the incompetent person wasn’t registered at all and wasn’t even sent anywhere. I’m a foreigner, so I’m incompetent. it says the birth number, which is on the citizenship, not what is on my insurance card, and that’s what I told them there. It was my 1st ivf with a bad experience, so I’ll never go there again.

I am very sorry that I had to get my first experience with IVF at this clinic. As long as everything goes according to plan, they’re quite willing and nice, but when things get complicated, it’s crazy. Dr. Mardešić’s behavior was very unpleasant, and the fact that another doctor showed up at the appointment arranged a month and a half in advance was just the icing on the cake. Constantly changing doctors, explaining to each again what ails you, is another inconvenience. Please save your nerves and a lot of money and go somewhere else! My new clinic has a completely different, very pro-client approach.

Re: I don’t know where you checked the situation, but after I said that I would not let another doctor examine me, the doctor relaxed and arrived at the appointment. At the reception, I was introduced to the doctor….the change took place during the journey from the reception to the doctor’s office. And it probably won’t be a unique situation when you’ve confused us with someone…

Dissatisfaction for me, no one is answering, I’ve been waiting for over 3 months, when I wrote to Pronatal support, the lady was apologizing to me, so I thought things were moving somehow, but it just seemed that way, someone should have called me immediately, I waited and no one called me, I wrote again and the lady didn’t respond for 2 days, they just hang me!!! They should have called me twice already and I still do not recommend anything, never again!!!!!!!😡😡😡 Still waiting!

Every comment is redundant. They went to who knows how many doctors, clinics, IVFs, inseminations…hormones…then they came to doctor Mardesic who, thank God, helped us get our Mila and Vera. Immensely grateful…
