Avoid Svetlana at all costs. I don’t even know how she got her medical degree. The only thing Svetlana is very professional is to get your money! She would do everything for that reason. She is not helpful at all, and I still get invoices from after even a couple of years!

I am very pleased with the clinic and the doctor’s qualifications; I have been looking for such a specialist for a very long time. Svetlana Hoffman is a professional in her field, puts herself in the patient’s position and is happy to help in any way she can. Excellent attitude towards patients, new equipment that is so important to have in modern medicine, an excellent doctor and an understanding person. I will recommend this clinic and such an excellent specialist in his field to everyone!!!

I was treated by Dr. Dr. in 2022/2023. Hoffmann. The problem was quickly found as to why we couldn’t get pregnant. I always felt that I was treated well and advised. The treatment was targeted and was quickly successful. We now have a wonderful 17 month old daughter. Thank you very much for everything, to the entire team… you are the best❤️

I highly recommend this clinic, especially Dr. D. Geis. First of all, she is an incredibly tactful person and a consummate professional. During every visit, she thoroughly explained all aspects from a theoretical perspective, which really helped me understand how things work and how to effectively influence them.

Dr. Geis guided me and my husband through the process of getting pregnant with the necessary treatments and examinations. Thanks to her expertise and care, we achieved success in just the second cycle of trying!

All the tests and scans were conveniently performed at the clinic, eliminating the need to search for external appointments or travel around the city. The entire staff I encountered was friendly, caring, and highly professional, creating a comfortable and supportive environment.

What’s also worth noting—especially for Berlin—is that the waiting time for appointments was excellent. I was consistently able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Geis within a week.

I always felt like I was in good hands, advised and cared for. Especially Dr. Geiß is highly recommended, sensitive, friendly approach.

We asked doctor for help since we couldn’t get pregnat for a long time. Doctor was very polite and competent. She did all the needed tests and helped us to get pregnant after first try.
All the personal in clinic is very competent. We are very happy that we were here and now waitong for our baby to arrive.

Uses her work time to talk on the phone, making personal phone calls while the patient is in the office. Waste of time.

I couldn’t find a common language with Doctor S. Hoffmann. She doesn’t explain anything, doesn’t tell you what she’s doing to you, just prescribes medication without explanations. I had strange side effects from such a drug. She also carries out expensive examinations that should actually only be carried out last.

Further to your answer: I hope that you will explain this in detail and answer the patient’s questions. Thank God I found a doctor I am happy with. All the best! And please don’t call me personally anymore, I’m pregnant and you’ve been causing me a lot of stress recently
