Dear Ms Holm, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your overall experience did not meet your expectations, particularly after the positive impression you had before starting your treatment. We have taken your feedback seriously and reviewed your case with colleagues across the relevant teams. It is true that during your treatment you were in contact with three different members of our coordination team, which was partly due to staff holidays. We are sorry that this affected the continuity of communication and understand how this may have felt from your perspective. We would also like to clarify that while we always aim for continuity of care, we cannot guarantee that a patient will be seen exclusively by one doctor throughout the entire treatment. Our medical care is provided by a team of doctors, and individual appointments may sometimes be handled by another member of the team depending on availability and the timing of the treatment. We also understand that following an unsuccessful cycle, having the opportunity to discuss the outcome and possible next steps is particularly important. Our internal review indicates that your post-cycle consultation took place within a short timeframe. However, we recognise that the communication around the follow-up consultation and next steps could have been more proactive and clearer, and we are sorry that you felt you had to repeatedly initiate contact. Unfortunately, medical treatment cannot guarantee a particular outcome, and an unsuccessful cycle does not necessarily indicate a medical error. Nevertheless, we fully understand your wish to discuss the outcome in detail and to understand what could potentially be considered differently in the future. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We are sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of care and support we strive to provide to our patients, and we will take your comments into account as we continue to improve our communication and patient care. Dobrý den, děkujeme, že jste se s námi podělila o svou zkušenost. Mrzí nás, že pro vás celá situace byla tak náročná a že jste v některých momentech měla pocit, že jste nedostala dostatek informací nebo podpory. Váš případ v tuto chvíli řešíme interně s naším týmem a Alice, která je vaším kontaktem, se vám snaží pomoci najít optimální řešení s ohledem na všechny okolnosti. Zároveň je potřeba zohlednit platnost vaší žádanky na vyšetření – po jejím uplynutí by již bohužel nebylo možné pokračovat v léčbě hrazené zdravotní pojišťovnou. Alice vám proto v e-mailu popsala vaše aktuální možnosti a další postup. Rádi bychom také upřesnili, že pokud při vyšetření vznikne podezření na určité onemocnění, vzorek je v některých případech odesílán k přezkoumání do laboratoře vyšší instance. I tento proces může znamenat další čekání na definitivní výsledek. Pokud potřebujete cokoli z našeho e-mailu dovysvětlit nebo máte další otázky, jsme vám samozřejmě k dispozici.
