I did ivf for social freezing (freezing only eggs). After the surgery in this clinic I had complication: the doctor while was aspiring the follicles, cut some or too many vessels in my ovaries. Then I could not stop bleeding. The doctor who performed the surgery was supposed to check me out because I was in pain. He showed up hours after. Meanwhile I was lying int the bed for more then 2-3h, while my peritoneum was filling up with blood. I end up hospitalized for 5days. I experienced a sever blood lost. I had to go through a laparoscopy the same day. I lost in total 1.5l of blood, and I had to had transfusions. At the hospital the doctor told me this complication happens 1 out of 4 people who goes under this procedure.
Unfortunately in this clinic they do not tell you about the possibility of this complication. I was not aware of it. Otherwise I would have never done this.
I will regret this for all my life!

Great clinic! We had previously been to Pronatal, where it was significantly cheaper, which was unfortunately probably the only advantage. PFC is cleaner, more professional, more comprehensive, more trustworthy, more organized, just overall much better. The approach of doctors and communication with patients is top notch, I can only recommend it! Beautiful independent rooms and doctors (the smiling MD Novotná, the considerate MD Libičová and the perceptive MD Hladký and others) who pumped me up with hope and optimism, the nurses and receptionists are kind and smiling, the coordinator Ms. Dvořáková is prompt, willing and very pleasant, so there were no confusions and waiting at the reception, as at the competition. Are you running low on medication? All you need is an SMS and you have them. Seven attempts already, two of which were here. Today was our last KET. I can’t say a single fault with this device. Maybe one day…

Big greetings to the embryologist Eva, she really made a strong impression on me. And to our Branka, I wish that she never takes that smile off her face and always goes out to meet whenever necessary.

All was great, the reception, communication, the entire process.
Our first IVF attempt at the PFC was not a success, unfortunately, but we are hoping the second one would get us pregnant. 🙏🤱

I had an excellent experience at this fertility center. The care I received was outstanding, and the entire team of nurses and doctors was highly professional. I want to especially commend Dr. Jonáš—he’s an exceptional doctor, incredibly skilled, and genuinely compassionate. I’ve never encountered a doctor quite like him, particularly since my successful pregnancy. I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking fertility care.

Attention – egg freezing scam alert!

PFC preys on vulnerable women. They lure you in with a false promise. I was deemed healthy – until I paid 3100 euros for egg freezing today. Waking up from anaesthesia, I am told the doctor screwed up the stimulation protocol and the clinic was unsuccessful in obtaining the expected number of eggs. Oopsie-daisy.
The specialist claims not to have noticed anything wrong in the blood- and ultrasound results. ‘Maybe the protocol didn’t work well for me.’ The protocol that they prescribed.
I had even offered to do a second ultrasound *at my own expense*, to be sure that I don’t undergo this costly procedure for nothing. No proper follow-up or monitoring took place, PFC takes no responsibility. My trusted and experienced gynecologist says I’m healthy. This clinic suggested more rounds of egg freezing – to pocket thousands of € without delivering a service. The process takes a huge emotional and physical toll. PFC refuse to reimburse the cost of their mistake.
My advice to everyone – avoid this place!
They won’t tell you that depending on age, 15-30 eggs (so 4-8 times €3100) are needed to have an 80-85% chance of a pregnancy. If they can’t collect eggs from a healthy, athletic person under age 35, they probably can’t help other populations either…
Their line now is ‘at least now you found out’, instead of admitting their shortcomings (wrong hormones, dosage, supplements prescribed) and taking accountability.

Disappointing experience. Co-ordinator was quick to contact me once I filled in an online form. Spoke to a doctor who left us feeling deflated. He said he would send us a treatment plan within two days, which he didn’t. A week now and no contact. Won’t be using this clinic and will look elsewhere.

If the protocol was wrong, that’s the clinic’s fault, not mine for my body not responding well. Clearly no proper follow-up or monitoring took place. My trusted and experienced gynecologist says I’m healthy. This clinic says I might need 2-3 more rounds of egg freezing – an expensive process that benefits them yet promises the patient nothing. Women’s hopes are not to be used against them. I would request a refund if I could, just to compensate for the toll it took emotionally and physically.

Absolutely incredible. We came all the way from Canada and I could not believe how wonderful the staff all were. They definitely give you individual patient care to the best of their abilities and their methods are definitely higher success than back here in Canada. Could not recommend them enough.
