I’ve being performed a surgery in that clinic. Everything went very good, very nice personnel, most of the people are speaking English. The nurses check patients very often, and do everything very professionally.

All praise to Dr. Bagatin and Dr. Tripkovic … patience, sense of communication and especially the fact that they do not look down on you … kind and smiling nurses …

Professional service and a very pleasant atmosphere. The medical staff is friendly and professional, and I would especially like to highlight doctors Bagatin, Tripković and Radanović, who are true experts in their field.

Examination by Dr. Poljak…During the examination itself, while I was lying naked on the table, another colleague, a surgeon, came in to talk to the doctor. It’s incredible how disrespectful this is to patients and their privacy, and you pay for that examination…And yes, a note to others to rebel and send them to do something and not keep silent like me.

We had a fantastic experience doing our ivf treatment at Cito. We initially did all of our fertility tests at Cito when we where on holiday, which were a lot more affordable and a lot more efficient than in the U.K. Both the gynaecologist Dr Petar Poljak and Dr Urologist Jelena Schwenner-Radovniković made us feel comfortable when discussing our options. We waited to see if we could get pregnant naturally and wanted to see if our results would improve but after waiting a year we decided to do IVF at Cito. I was very nervous about the whole process but was guided carefully with the utmost attention to detail to our needs. If I had any questions or concerns the Dr Petar Poljak and IVF Nurse Lucija would always be there to reassure me. They were completely professional, spoke English well and explained every step of the process. I was very grateful to do it there because I felt that the team were so much more attentive than any private health care I have received in the UK. I would 100% recommend it if you are looking to do IVF abroad and egg freezing. I am so happy my treatment was successful and i am now 13 weeks 🙂

It was a great experience at Cito. My wife and I did Ivf at the clinic. It was a nice clinic and great service. The ivf Nurse Lucija guided me very well to do the injections and Dr Petar Poljak had a gentle approach with my wife’s transfer which was explained thoroughly, making her feel at ease and was successful. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone seeking to do IVF.

I went for an HSG with ultrasound today and Dr. Poljak explained everything in so much detail and made the whole process very comfortable. I would highly recommend him and his team and am grateful for how smooth the process was today.
