Dear Evgeniy, we are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with the service you have received. However, to our recollection, your problem was with the donor agency based on an inaccurate match and that caused the cancellation of the treatment. We are having a difficult time understanding why you gave our hospital a 1-star rating since all of the procedures were performed and delivered as promised. We do not have any control over the donor agency as that is a third party contract, so if you can perhaps let us know about the reason for giving the hospital a 1-star rating, we can work on improving our services.
