One of their professionals went out to smoke at the door of the establishment and when he finished his cigarette he threw it into the street still lit. I was just passing by there and asked him why he didn’t throw it in a trash can properly, instead of littering the public road. His response was “I don’t have a basket nearby” and when I spoke to him again he slammed the door in my face. Quite disrespectful in my opinion.

We have visited several clinics but without a doubt this is the best for such important help in life, both as professionals and as human treatment. I have always felt accompanied and pampered, and I never doubted the treatment they offered me, and the prices and payment methods were very accessible. Dr. Rubio treated me and I am delighted, I wanted to take him as an obstetrician hehe so good now waiting for our little one on the way. I cannot express my gratitude to all the Next Fertility team. Great human treatment, starting with all the girls at the reception, nurses, anesthetist, embryologists, gynecologist.
I was very lucky to have my entire process taken by the gynecologist, Trini Garcia🥰, I couldn’t be more grateful.
I have to say that thanks to all of them my partner and I are fulfilling our dream, because I am 9 weeks pregnant.
Regarding the entire treatment, I would say that at all times they explained everything very well, we have been very well advised and above all, super accompanied.
The follow-up has been exquisite and they have done all the necessary tests.

The treatment was very good, but after forgetting to contact us to renew permissions to continue freezing the eggs. They contact us now asking for money and then lowering it… it seems like a total scam.
The law says that it is the clinic who must request the renewal.

After two abortions, social security told me to be patient “you’re too young”…
At 30 years old, with a plan to start a family with my partner, I needed a second opinion… Thanks to Next fertility I met Dr. Trinidad García who brought empathy and value to my feelings… perhaps on many occasions the words They heal…that and all the necessary tests in addition to timely treatment.

“Feeling Safe and Cared For: My Positive Experience with a Private Clinic in Valencia”
After a couple of failed attempts at AI in social security, we began to look for private clinics given the times that were managed in the SS. I visited all the clinics in Valencia to inform myself and have the first visit. For me, after having experienced obstetric violence in the SS, the most important thing was to find a place where I felt safe and accompanied.
From the first moment, when Renate showed me the facilities and the team, I felt that warmth and care. All the people who have accompanied us during the process have been incredible: Eva, Silvia, María, Laura, Renate, Dr. Zolfaroli… The treatment is humane and totally personalized. I liked that I felt at all times that my case and my situation were listened to, my needs and desires were always addressed to the extent possible.
Even in the difficult moments in the operating room, the nurse was calming me and showing me a completely patient-centered treatment. I only have words of gratitude.
It is clear that the result obtained is important, but it would not be the same without having experienced such a human process.
The facilities and professionalism are unmatched. I leave you a screenshot of a detail we made when attending our baby’s first ultrasound.
