Very professional and prompt with replying back to my queries.
I dealt with nurses Dianne and Karen from the fertility center in Werribee.
They were so helpful and supportive with all my concerns.
The doctors were also great.
The process from the beginning was seamless.
I’m so greatful that I now have my little miracle thanks to the team at the Fertility Cernter.

All about the cash, I find these people deceptive, saying one thing on the phone and then changing their mind regarding fees.
They keep leading my wife on at 43 for IVF cycles and keep taking our dollars but never ever have a Dr sit down with her and talk to her about the odds of it actually happening.
I find these guys operate as about as honestly as crown casino. All they do is take and never give.

This was my second experience with the fertility centre. The best experience was the hospital procedure. Everyone was so lovely. I also had timely follow up in the days following.
The experience with the clinic itself – the nurses are great but the reception staff not so much.

The Fertility Centre made the process very easy. They were always quick to return my calls and the staff Ray and Karen were always happy and helpful. The doctors were also supportive in trying their best to help me fall pregnant. I would highly recommend.

After 3 failed rounds at this clinic we moved on elsewhere. You get what you pay for on their low-cost model, which is barely anything. Specialists missed a significant diagnosis in the scan report which was sent through with my referral, meaning my treatment (which was cookie cutter and generic at best) was 99% guaranteed to never work, yet at 43 they just kept pushing on with their “standard” treatment using my own eggs. Absolutely no specialising whatsoever, and without having a medical degree yourself, they just expect you to know what they are talking about.
On the positive side, the nursing staff are terrific, and do as much as they can to assist you within the limitations of what the Specialists give them information wise.
The day hospital for egg collection in the city is top notch, however they are not run by TFC – sadly that was the best part of my experience.
You never get the same person to speak to twice in a row, IF, you can get someone to answer your calls at all (regularly goes to voicemail and you have to wait all day for a return call if not the next day). This results in no one knowing your individual circumstances, as they don’t take more than a half second glance at your file when conducting a review.
I would strongly suggest people look into other options, even if it includes travelling or higher cost services, as the lack of service and transparency around such an emotionally charged, personalised medical service is absolutely appalling.

Receptionist never picks your call . Call from morning to evening continuously still the call will go to voicemail . And you will never ever gets a call back . The receptionist doesn’t care if we trying to call from morning … they have no time to pick a call . If staff storage is the problem , please fixed it . It’s soooo frustrating !!!!!! If you guys can’t take a call then what’s the point if us doing IVF with you guys . Please show courtesy to call back if you can’t pick up the call , or hire extra people than ignoring the calls.So disappointing approach !!!
