My husband and I were treated by Dr. for almost 2 years. Ittstein and can only report positive things. Ms. Dr. Ittstein and the entire Kiwup team do fantastic work every day. The practice is lovingly furnished and well organized (there were never waiting times and appointments were arranged in an employer-friendly manner), which I found to be very pleasant and, above all, stress-free. Ms. Dr. Ittstein has a direct and relaxed manner, which significantly reduced the tension during the treatment period. I was treated at the kiwup practice for 2 years and was finally successful. It’s still strange not to go to Bonn every month anymore, because I felt very comfortable in the practice. Since the timing always worked out that way, I was supported roughly equally by Dr. Ramelow and Dr. Ittstein treated. I had to get used to it, but in the end I certainly benefited from the fact that both of them contributed their specialist knowledge and ideas so that the treatment could be further optimized and was now successful. Both were absolutely nice to me, just like the other doctors and practice staff. I think it’s particularly good that I was seen as a whole person, that there were always a few kind words and small talk and that not just one part of my body was treated. In addition, the reason for physical complaints was found independently of the desire to have children after no doctor had been able to do so for years. I’m very grateful and maybe I’ll come back sometime.

We were treated at Kiwup for a few years, but things didn’t go well right from the start, but since we went to see Dr. Ramelow felt very comfortable, we decided not to change the practice (the idea came up often). Ramelow always supported us with advice and support and answered/took into account all of our questions or fears, and she always had understanding for “our path”. We always appreciated that! Unfortunately, Dr. Ramelow is not in the practice every day and is “only” employed and so the treatment was carried out by Dr. Ittstein took over, as she is (in our opinion) a rather unempathetic person, we never felt particularly comfortable there. In addition, there were unfortunately always problems with KV’s or invoices (even if a solution was usually found), this was always an additional stress factor in an already very emotional time. The appointment scheduling was also rather inflexible. Furthermore, we didn’t like it so much that you could often tell that the employees weren’t particularly happy. This was often made no secret, I think something like that should never be told to the patients. At this point I don’t want to go into what else went on here…
Last year, during the ongoing treatment, we decided to change practice (this is always possible and, if organized, is not a problem) and that was the best decision we could have made, because in the new practice we were able to find out that we wanted to have children There is another way too.
Our conclusion:
Clear recommendation for Dr. Ramelow, but definitely not a recommendation for this practice, as in our eyes the profit is more important than the patients.

We started with Dr.Ramelow in November 2023 and the treatment began at the end of December. We have been pregnant since May 2024 and are now happily expecting our first offspring

Now I would finally like to praise the entire team. We were treated for over a year. The first appointments were with Ms. Deja, then when she left, we went to see Dr. Ittstein himself. We had 3 IUIs and an ICSI, which finally worked and I’m now pregnant.
The entire team was always friendly, empathetic and helpful. With Ms. Dr. Ittstein I always felt understood and in very good hands. I was happy to travel all the way there again and again and, despite a few defeats, I always left the practice with a positive feeling. Even if you just called there, you were always reconnected in a friendly manner. I can’t remember the name but I thank the lady on the phone very much!!!
Ms. Dr. Ittstein was available to me at any time, which also gave me a feeling of security. She encouraged me at all times.
I would like to thank the whole Kiwup team and I really left with a little sad eye. I would recommend this practice 1000%.

For a long time I thought about how to formulate what is being achieved here… because it is often nothing less than a lifelong dream that is made possible here with full commitment and absolute empathy. It took us two attempts and we felt very comfortable and in good hands. Small setbacks were discussed with a lot of empathy and consideration and new paths were considered. We went to see Dr. Ittstein and as other patients have already noted, nothing is said well here, but nothing bad either! She is a passionate doctor and tells you exactly where to go without ever losing sensitivity. The entire practice team, including the operating room, laboratory, etc., is so warm and you can’t thank them enough for everything because they are there to support you in the times when you are most vulnerable. When I was anxious during the procedures, I was made to laugh and was able to forget my worries for a second. When I was confirmed pregnant, Dr. Ittstein was so happy that we will never forget it! Thank you for everything, our little one will soon see the light of day and all thanks to Kiwup Bonn!

We went to the practice for IVF, after almost 7 years of wanting to have children, it has now come true. The team at registration and in the laboratory were always to our satisfaction.
The doctors were also very good.
Apart from what we were missing a little bit more, that’s why the point is deducted because you’re already in an emotional phase, so the doctors should explain it better.

Last year I initially saw Dr. for about 5 months. Deja, then with Dr. Ittstein under treatment. I found my way to Kiwup as a single and can only join the others here. The entire practice team was always friendly and all questions were answered, and the appointments were always tailored to my individual treatment. In addition, I was never looked at wrongly because I came without a partner.
I was able to test positive with the 2nd IUI and am now waiting to welcome my daughter.

It’s been 3 years since we started our journey with Dr. Ittstein, who will forever remain in my heart.

We tried two techniques and ICSI then it worked. After many attempts, our positive result also arrived. The doctor never left my hand and every time I needed a word of comfort she was there. She helped us a lot, she is professional and at the same time human.
He knows two languages, German and Italian, very well too! I always felt at home. Every time I entered that clinic door I left with so much hope.

She said: you will come out of here pregnant!!! And this really happened.
