First, I would like to share an incident that I recently experienced. (The clinic will guess who I am, but would like to remain anonymous for this review) An anesthesiologist couldn’t find a vein and pricked me five times, even though I, as a patient, told her which side the vein was easier to find . She insisted and repeatedly emphasized that she was the doctor and stabbed me 4 times, unfortunately in vain, there is no need to talk about my pain, no excuses, no understanding!!! Finally, another doctor tried the puncture in the spot I suggested and the 5th time it finally worked. Another problem was that on the day I was given propofol for a puncture, the person in charge of the medication kept asking me questions and waking me up, even though she could see that I was incapable of hearing her questions . She could have explained it to my husband because he was with me, but she was very arrogant and finally suggested that I get up early and take a taxi home. Because of these two people, I saw how little empathy and professionalism this clinic has. I definitely won’t go there again and won’t recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I were super satisfied, the clinic is very clean and beautiful, the employees are super nice and I got appointments pretty quickly.
For us it worked on the first try (ivf) 🍀🙏🏽❤️.
They are also honest and tell you which treatment is best for you and your partner, for example. In our case, they said that this and the treatment was unnecessary to try because otherwise the chance that it would have worked would have been too low for us and we would have spent unnecessary money. They said we should do IVF straight away and we are very grateful for that because it worked immediately 🍀❤️🙏🏽. I’m also so happy that there is financial support if the woman or man has difficulties (e.g. hormonal problems, PCOS, etc.).

We had a really great experience with you on our 🏳️‍🌈 fertility journey with the Ropa method.

After many failures and incredibly poor support in Germany, we made our way to Vienna based on a recommendation. At least 7 hours drive (one-way).

And we weren’t disappointed.
The whole team, everyone we met, whether in person or on the phone, whether doctors or medical professionals, even the employees in the laboratory, everyone convinced us across the board.

It was always perfect!

It has been more than 4 years since my husband and I visited this clinic with so much enthusiasm. Unfortunately, we also received a negative result in our last attempt because we no longer have any embryos. I don’t understand why it doesn’t work when they always say, “We have the best embryos” when I’m “young.” If everything is in our favor, then what is the problem??? We will never know because they don’t give us a solution, they just tell us to keep trying. I no longer have the strength to keep trying and to be honest I no longer have any trust in this clinic.

I hope couples reading this are well-informed and luckier than me.

Due to a medical indication, I had my eggs frozen at the Vienna Fertility Center. From the first contact I received competent and sensitive advice and I had the feeling that my concerns were taken seriously!
The stimulation was closely monitored and the procedure took place without complications.

The care at the KiWu Institute was always friendly and competent. Dr. Pasuello was our doctor and we also got to know Dr. Langer. The secretariat and the nursing staff were all friendly and competent. There is absolutely nothing to be afraid of, the treatments are largely painless and easy to tolerate, go for it!
