I had two simulation cycles at this kinderwünsch clinik. During the first simulation, I felt very good, and I was very satisfied with the way the doctor and staff treated me. However, when the first cycle was negative, I was very upset, and I expected a follow-up meeting where I would be given reassurance and have a conversation about the possible causes of the failure. Unfortunately, not only was this not offered, but in the second simulation, a new doctor took over my case. I noticed that the number of patients had increased, and I felt that the quality of treatment had decreased.

When the second cycle also ended negatively, all I received were several pages of receipts daily that i had to pay, while I only received a brief letter with just a few lines about my treatment process, which didn’t convince me at all. I came to this center with very high hopes and paid a lot of money, but in the end, I was left without any explanation or thorough investigation into the reasons for my previous failed simulation. This did not meet my expectations, so I decided not to return for a third cycle and instead chose to continue at another Klinik . in the new klinik After every examination, I received a three-to-four-page report with detailed results, and I truly appreciated their focus on investigating the reasons for the failure of my previous cycles at the previous center.

We had our first interview at the Villa Haag practice in February 2024. We were admitted and treated by Dr. Gröger, who was overall very pleasant and informed us competently about our options. Even as the appointments progressed, we always felt well advised and in good hands. This also applies to all practice staff. Overall, one can say that the practice’s processes are very well organized. We have already had success with our first attempt at IVF in June 2024. Based on our experience, we can recommend the practice.

We are incredibly grateful to this clinic. Thanks to this clinic, we will soon have a long-awaited baby. We asked for help in January 2024 and we are already expecting a baby in December 2024. The employees are all very friendly and attentive. I would like to thank Dr. thank you. med. Katharina Mayer-Eichberger, Dr. med. Gunilla Groeger. And biologist and laboratory manager Elena Mishnaevskaya always helped us when we didn’t understand something. Albulena Zeqiri, Desiree Porkert, always helped us even with questions that were not clear.

I felt very comfortable and understood with the doctor. The problem would be looked for and the solution would be offered immediately; I never felt misunderstood for a second.
After an unsuccessful IUI, it worked the second time and we are expecting our baby with great joy.
If we wanted to go to a fertility clinic again, it would of course be Villa Haag.
We wish all parens much success and that they can hold their miracle in their hands!!!

At the beginning I was very unsettled because of the many negative reviews. But luckily we didn’t let that put us off. Mr. Dr. Mayer-Eichberger has been doing his job for a very long time and it shows. You don’t get emotional support, but what you get instead is factual and professional advice. For us, that was the priority. He was also the first to specifically mention to me the suspicion of endometriosis. We are overjoyed that we went to Villa Haag and had a successful IVF. Our daughter will soon be 3 months old 🙂

I came to this practice 10 years ago to undergo IVF treatment. I was with Dr. med. Dieter Bernd Mayer-Eichberger was being treated, and at every appointment he was rude and not interested in helping our family. But I hoped he knew what he was doing. In April 2015, he performed a laparoscopy on me and sent me home the same day, even though I complained of dizziness and general malaise. My stomach swelled and I had a fever. When I got home I lost consciousness and my husband took me to the nearest clinic. There I had to undergo emergency surgery because it turned out that my urinary organ was damaged during the first operation and all the urine flowed into my abdominal cavity. The next day another operation was performed on my kidney. I spent two weeks in the intensive care unit. This “doctor” Dr. med. Dieter Bernd Mayer-Eichberger didn’t even call to apologize, even though he was informed about my condition because the clinic where my life was saved had contacted him. It took me 9 years to find the courage to write this and remember all the horror I lived through. To this day I have health problems caused by this “doctor”.

My husband and I contacted Villa Haag in January 2022 and at that time Ms. Doc. Simon looks after you! Our wishes and concerns were taken seriously and we were informed in detail about all the treatments! I became pregnant on the second attempt (ICSI) which unfortunately led to an abortion. After a long break we came back and this time Ms. Doc. Gröger looked after. I can only say positive things about her. We were listened to every time and given tips such as booking a calcium bath for the eggs (it worked for us and we had a better rate of fertilized eggs). When I then asked them to trigger with Brevadit 5000 iU and not with Ovitrelle because I had the feeling it worked better for me, they didn’t contradict me and gave me “security”! In September we were welcomed by Mrs. Doc. Gröger took over and in December I became pregnant (transfer from a Blasto in the spontaneous cycle)! Our miracle is now 3 weeks old and sleeps peacefully next to me!🥰
The whole team is super friendly and is really interested in you and always asks how you’re doing and is also rooting for you! You’re doing really great girls 👍👍 Keep it up ❤️
1 star deducted only because of the waiting time…Despite having an appointment, you sometimes have to wait 30-40 minutes, but you take that into account!

Egg cells removed twice (anesthesia), blastocyst transfer 5 times, also under anesthesia. We tried glue and all sorts of things, which cost us a lot of time and money.
Our problem is- blocked fallopian tubes. Hey, 5 transfers and no one informed us that after each attempt we would have to take a break for 3 to 4 months!! I was poisoned with hormones and many other medications and horse doses of vitamin D. After 2 years of nightmare, I finally got my ovulation back.
It’s a pity that I lost so much time and health there! And what an arrogant doctor, babbles something that only he can hear, the sofa is far away (as if he is afraid of the patients) I could hardly hear anything, and so could my husband.
At the time, as a legal patient and now as a private patient, I decided never to be treated there.
Everyone immediately notices that it’s all about the money.
So honestly, look for something better…

My husband and I placed ourselves in the hands of the Villa Haag fertility practice in 2023.
Our desire to have children and our problem were immediately taken seriously, we were both tested and examined directly and a solution was ultimately found. I became pregnant on my second ICSI attempt and am expecting twins next month! It was our own decision to take the “risk” of having two eggs inserted.
Yes, Mr. Mayer-Eichberger is very objective and limits the discussions to the essentials. Personally, after almost 3 years of wanting to have children and being very emotional, that was totally fine with us. We were able to discuss all medical questions and procedures wonderfully at any time and achieved our goal very quickly and without much drama.
In addition, in the practice everyone is free to choose which of the doctors they would like to see. In this way, everyone can perhaps choose the person who best suits their needs.
The practice team was incredibly friendly, compassionate and competent (even when there was a lot going on). No question was too much, everyone was supported and helped with everything.
The people from the laboratory/anesthesia area with whom we dealt also treated and looked after us empathetically and professionally at all times.
We would recommend the clinic again and again!
