We were treated by Dr. for almost 2 1/2 years. Katzenhuber. We felt very comfortable at all times and were very satisfied with the treatment and communication with the practice team. Compared to other clinics we had been to, in this one they took the time to answer our questions properly and gave us options when things became challenging. Dr Schmidmayr and Rattenhuber did an excellent job.

I almost died and they still want to charge money for their pricey service.
After the egg retrieval, I was sent home but I could not move because of the terrible abdominal pain. After giving me several times strong painkiller meds and also trying ultrasound, they told me everything was normal and I just needed to rest a bit then it would be alright. Then they left me in recovery room because they were busy with something like Info day or training. ~4 hours later, when it was about closing hours, since the pain did not get any better, they finally decided to call an ambulance and send me to hospital so that someone else could take care of me.

The ambulance nurses looked at me and immediately told my boyfriend :”No, she is definitely NOT in a normal situation”. They measured my blood pressure and it was dangerously low at 40. I almost fainted away but somehow the raging pain kept me half-conscious. 10 Minutes after arriving in the hospital, I was brought directly into operation room.

>2,5 LITERS of BLOOD (I am 43kg) were what the doctors found and took out of my abdomen. That is why I wrote I almost DIED. I had to stay a week in the hospital until I could walk by myself again. Shortly after that the Kinderwunschpraxis sent me the bill. Everyone told me I should not pay, my lawyer even said I could bring the case to court.

Well, I didn’t fight because I just really do not want to spend a single thought on this nightmare experience and also do not want to let the anger bring out the worst of me.

We can Dr. Highly recommend Rattenhuber and his team. The organizational things such as making an appointment, prescriptions, treatment plan, etc. were always implemented very quickly by the practice team. The organization in the practice was top, the waiting times were reasonable and we received very quick responses to emails. All in all, the organization in practice was great! Ms. Dr. Rattenhuber and her team have a pleasant manner and there was always an atmosphere in the practice where you felt like you were in good hands. Ms. Dr. Rattenhuber addressed our difficult history, explained everything to us well and used her expertise to help us have another dream child. Thank you for allowing us to experience happiness once again through you!

A long-awaited desire to have children brought us to Dr. in May 2022. Mittenzwei was taken to the Garching fertility clinic. We can only report positive things about the practice. Here you are always greeted with a friendly smile and name. The entire practice atmosphere always gives you a good feeling during this emotionally difficult time, be it through a smile or a compassionate word. Communication is very good because they work with their own app.
Dr. Mittenzwei impresses with both professional competence and humanity. And as a result of the collaboration, we have been the proud parents of twins since July. Many thanks to the entire team and we can highly recommend the clinic.

What impressed us most about this practice was the warm, encouraging and individual approach to each patient. You may have to take a lot of time for the type of treatment, but you always feel like you are in good hands and understood. Particular care is taken to ensure that no overstimulation occurs during IVF/ICSI, thus enabling relatively gentle treatment. This fact distinguishes this practice from some others who wave one patient after another through without much consideration for the health risks, as has happened several times in our circle of friends. Our son is now seven weeks old and we are incredibly grateful that we can experience all of this thanks to the practice team. Very big recommendation!

After a long period of unfulfilled desire to have children, our path led us to this practice in October 2023. We were warmly welcomed, Ms. Dr. Rattenhuber and her team always treated us in a friendly and sensitive manner. Our treatment method was cycle support, which of course required a lot of appointments, which were a bit difficult to organize privately because we live outside of town. Nevertheless, the practice accommodated us at all times.
Since the practice has an app for communication, we were able to ask our questions at any time, which were always answered with a lot of patience. You can also view your own patient files and findings there. I became pregnant after just 4 cycles, and today – 9 months later – our 2 week old rainbow miracle is in our arms.
We are Ms. Dr. Ratshuber and her team are infinitely grateful and would come back at any time. This practice is therefore our heartfelt recommendation to couples with an unfulfilled desire to have children. ❤️🌈
