Unfortunately, I have only had bad experiences with the practice when it comes to patient care. You have your blood taken and are prescribed several medications that you have never heard of or explained in detail, you are sent home and then told that the doctor will call to let you know the results. But then no one calls, you try to call again to make a new appointment, no one answers, eventually the phone works and you get an appointment with another doctor, so you start talking again from the beginning. She then does another ultrasound, takes blood again and sends me home where an assistant calls at 9:30 in the evening and tells me what medication I should take. Well, then you take the medication and you should let me know if bleeding starts and the ultrasound is done, it wouldn’t be a problem if someone would answer the phone or respond to emails. I’ve now taken medication and can’t reach anyone in the practice for the next steps. I can’t drive past because I’m at work. It’s really difficult! I thought for a long time whether I should do the review here but unfortunately there is no other choice. This sort of thing makes patients unsure about their situation, which is why they come to you for treatment anyway.

I do not recommend this clinic.
What I found most frustrating was that the phone never connects. Even when I left a voicemail, I never received a call back.
When trying to conceive, timing is crucial, yet I couldn’t book an appointment at the right time.
The wait times were long, but the actual consultation lasted only about five minutes. Even when I wanted to ask questions, the doctor ended the consultation quickly.
For our final appointment, my husband came with me so we could discuss the next steps for treatment. However, without any explanation, the treatment plan was decided for us, as if we were part of an assembly line.
At my first visit, I was told that his test results showed “no issues.” But after six months of attending the clinic, I was suddenly told, “there’s a problem,” and my husband was asked to undergo another test — again, with no detailed explanation.
The worst part is that we still haven’t received my husband’s test results. The clinic said the results would be ready the next day, but it’s now been almost three weeks. I started calling on Monday, but as expected, I couldn’t get through. I finally reached someone on Tuesday, only to be told they wouldn’t acknowledge any fault and that we should wait another week.
Unfortunately, every visit to this clinic became more stressful, so we decided to seek care at a different clinic.

We are so happy that we got recommended this clinic by my gynecologist. Everything went smoothly and, despite the long waiting times, you can trust that they are knowledgeable by a team of doctors with long experience. After the second attempt and 9 months later, we have welcomed our daughter. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me here as the previous speakers. Although I never had to wait long, the treatment by one of the doctors was also extremely unfriendly. I couldn’t finish my sentences, I was constantly interrupted unwillingly, people made fun of me, and after 2 cycles the treatment was ended with the suggestion that I should do egg donation abroad. I cried so much after that day. Especially in this professional field, you should have a minimum level of friendliness and empathy.

Strange clinic. She cannot be reached by phone and emails are not responded to. Now, after the health insurance company approved the treatment plan, I had to skip a cycle because of their ignorance. Waste of time.

I would like to thank the entire medical team, doctors and nurses, for their kind treatment and patience. After five years I was looked after by this nice doctor and became pregnant.
You just need patience

This practice has not received our trust. At first we were kept waiting for over an hour – as we later found out, because we were 5 minutes late. Understandable, but very rude.
During the consultation, the doctor seemed more confused than competent, completely questioned our previous treatment and was mainly interested in being able to start treatment as quickly as possible. Questions were not answered specifically and the doctor made no attempt to show us that we were in good hands in this clinic and that we had a chance of success.

Dear fertility specialists: You benefit from our need and will receive our money (and that of the KV), regardless of whether you do a good job or not. On the contrary – if you do a bad job, we have to throw in more money. The only thing you can give us is the trust that you are interested in successful treatment.

If we don’t get that, we’ll keep looking because we only have 3 attempts with KV support. In this case, unfortunately we will continue to search.

If you are a foreigner, please never register at this center.

Even one star is too many! I was being treated in the practice with an extensive medical history. Unfortunately, I was apparently overstimulated and felt very, very, very poorly. Unfortunately I was dismissed and not taken seriously, it ended very badly for me. Then I was terrified of going to a kiwu treatment again… I’ve finally arrived at a new practice where people take their time and are sensitive. Where fears and problems are taken seriously and are not fobbed off with certain statements. And no, that is not slander if the answer comes now, but is based on actual events. I hope other couples have better luck there!

Unfortunately, despite preparing all the appropriate conditions, the pregnancy did not succeed. I do not know why 🙁
