My partner and I have been trying to have a child for years. We had been to two other fertility clinics before this one where we didn’t feel comfortable. But here, at the Frankfurt Fertility Center, we feel completely in good hands. Really the whole team – from the ladies at reception, in the laboratory to the doctors, everyone is so nice, very, very empathetic and very professional. We got pregnant once thanks to Prof. Kissler, but unfortunately we lost it again. But we are sure that with this team behind us we will make it and have the child we want. Pof. Kissler is such a wonderful doctor, he always takes a lot of time, is sensitive, personable and professional, you just feel comfortable and in good hands. Thanks everyone, you’re great!

First of all, a big thank you to Ms. Voss and her team. Our son is healthy and now almost 1 year old! I am writing this review to encourage others because such treatment is not easy. We had 5 IVFs and one ICSI. I am a low responder and it worked with ICSI. Everything didn’t always go smoothly, because these types of treatments are complex, so I ask for the staff’s understanding if things don’t go well. Ms. Voss is very emphatic and very knowledgeable in her field. She was always very open to doing things differently and discussing my concerns. It was a very good collaboration, despite a few challenges. Suggestions for improvement: Offer a patient portal so that patients can upload or download documents such as tests, prescriptions, treatment progress, etc. Reachability by email is better than by telephone.

They always say all good things come in 3. In this case it’s true. We were previously in 2 other KiWu clinics. The experiences were miserable.
We felt very well looked after here. We were treated by Mr. Kissel and his representative, Ms. Blazhko. And it was successful very quickly. Our little miracle is now alive and well in the world.
Accessibility was very good. Here, too, we were used to really terrible things from the other practices. We found all the employees to be very friendly. We always got appointments very promptly.
We would also come back with a second child.

Overall a good clinic: our doctor Dr. Kissler and our representative Dr. Bordignon were professional, competent and also empathetic. In addition, the method could be reconsidered because I had a different opinion. The proposed ICSI was ultimately a split ICSI/IVF (at my request), which made the Blasto IVF used more successful. The employee team never responded to calls, but they did respond to emails by phone, although some inquiries were not answered completely. Points deducted because of the long wait, both for requests and in the waiting room. Otherwise a clear recommendation!

I would always go to the fertility clinic in Frankfurt again. The entire team is great. Someone was always available by phone or called back promptly. You felt like you were in good hands at all times. We were looked after by Doctor Bordignon. A super competent and nice doctor who empathetically gets to the heart of things and tells it like it is. The entire treatment plan was perfectly tailored to us, and although we had ups and downs, it worked out in the end. We also went to two other doctors for representation, and here too we can only report positive things. During the surgical procedure, everything was explained to you in detail beforehand, you were informed at all times about the costs involved and your fears were allayed. Even the anesthetist was super friendly and took a lot of time. All in all, we would always go to the fertility center in Frankfurt and can recommend it without reservation. Simply great doctors and a great team.

We had an IVF procedure at this center. Everything was great. We had tried before at another clinic in another country and we had all the papers prepared so we were able to start very quickly. They didn’t ask us to repeat any of the tests we had already done. Dr. Nora Bordignon was very competent, really friendly and positive and made sure every time that everything was going according to the plan. We never had the feeling that we were overcharged, on the contrary she advised us not to choose some options that were not needed in our case. We were very happy with everything.
