My husband and I have been together for 21 years, of which the last 14 years we have wished we could have a baby. We knew from the beginning that we would need medical help but for various reasons we never had access to IVF.
In November 2022 we were finally able to visit a reproduction clinic for the first time, luckily for us we decided on a great clinic, with a wonderful medical team and the best facilities, IVI Zaragoza.
Our Dr Ana Chueca and her entire team have treated us with extreme affection, with great concern for our case and we have felt the absolute intention of helping us fulfill our greatest wish.
Today, just one year after that first visit, I can say that I am pregnant and all thanks to this great medical team. God willing and everything continues to go well, in a few months we will have our baby in our arms.

Very bad experience, I do not recommend this clinic, a few months ago I went with my husband and in the first visits they told me that it was fine that my husband was fine that nothing could go wrong that I am very young, when I started the treatment they said that everything was perfect They did the insemination on me, everything was fine. On the day of the test, it came out negative. They just called to say that it had simply gone wrong!!! When I wanted to resume the treatment, they no longer picked up the phone when they managed to answer it and they hung up on my information, I managed to make an appointment with Dr. Chueca, she said that she only gave a 50% chance and that from the first moment I knew it, something that I was never aware of, if I had known I would have thought about it a lot, in the end one is worse off without money and without children!! You pay a fortune, for nothing, but when it’s the first time they get an insistence, they no longer want to take responsibility nor do they care when it affects their patients anyway!!!! Very bad, this clinic is not recommended 😤😤😤😤

Waiting for the results…. Waiting… Waiting. …Waiting…No one calls, we decided to call because they told us that it would take a couple of hours and after 5/6 hours we called, angry… And a girl lets you go who is sorry but you are NOT pregnant… And period, ball, He hangs up on you and that’s what you’re left with… After almost two weeks we don’t know anything, they haven’t even contacted us, we’re being very tactless and on top of that the lack of concern of not being interested, you’re left with a loan and looking like a fool. of having wasted time and money. Some scoundrels who are only looking for money.

Exactly one year ago, my husband and I went to consult with Dr. C with my problem of low ovarian reserve… I left crying because of the lack of empathy of that doctor. Apart from being “genetically weird” she also dropped the pearl of “don’t worry, they’re not overweight like you.”
After enduring sentences, the administration room only gave us one option: the most expensive… live newborn guarantee. The others were of no use to me, supposedly because of my only real problem.
Thanks to the fact that there are other clinics in Zaragoza, in which they have been more empathetic and have given me more options, I have been able to have my son.
Less paying for advertising and more empathy courses for people who suffer from infertility.
