The experience at IVI SALAMANCA has been very rewarding. I definitely recommend going, meeting the Drs and the entire IVI team, because the treatment of the person is essential and that is what they convey or at least what I take away most from there, the humane treatment, the dedication to explaining all the treatments and care. Thank you Genoveva, thank you Elena and thank you Marta, you are the three people who have been present from the first day, but there is more equipment working and professionals who have arrived later and who transmit the same sensations explained, it is very appreciated. THANK YOU.

Everything went well for me the first time, I had an in vitro biopsy and the truth is that we are very happy, but I didn’t have any problems outside of a tubal ligation

Very friendly and pleasant treatment

We have gone for a first consultation. Both the administration women and the Dr. have been very kind and have communicated the information perfectly. They performed an analysis on me and the next day they called me with the result. I found them very empathetic and in this situation it is very appreciated.
They ask for a lot of information at the beginning and identity verification with photographs and this gives me confidence in terms of confidentiality and safety as a patient.

THE WORST THING WE HAVE EVER KNOWN.
An odyssey of bad decisions, delays, loss of analysis, no communication between themselves, one tells you one thing and the other tells you another, meanwhile you are losing money. They have made my partner feel terrible and much worse. They don’t coordinate. And on top of that they have made the same mistake twice when it came to getting a flat tire. Now they tell us again to stop treatment for a second time when the mistake was theirs.

DISASTROUS AND REGRETTABLE DISADVESTING Clinic.

The doctor was very kind to me, but the clinic in general did not give me confidence. I went for a consultation, and the first thing they did was make me fill out forms and take a photo of my face. I felt like a criminal. What’s the point of taking a photo if you already have an ID? The only reason there may be is that in the future they use the photo for practices of dubious intent such as comparing your phenotype to use your eggs or embryos with other people. But it should be then, and under your consent to give that fate to your biological material or embryo, when the photo was taken and not before. I do not have frozen eggs in that clinic. And now I’m glad I don’t have them.
In the clinic where I have them (which is not in Salamanca) they did not take photos of me or so much paraphernalia. The only other place where they took a photo of me was in another clinic called Mencia, where I went for a gynecological consultation and I never returned because of the poor treatment I received and because I found out that they performed abortions and boasted about it.
It is terrible that, not knowing whether or not I will stay in that clinic or the treatments I will follow, they make you sign so many documents beforehand and take photos of you. Back off. I even think I had to leave my fingerprint. On top of that, they told me that I would be able to delete my photo and data from the application and that is not true. It even scares me.

Highly recommended!! My partner and I went because we couldn’t stay and I’m two months pregnant! We couldn’t be more happy and delighted with the attention and treatment received! They are professionals who treat you with great affection.

100% qualified and very professional staff, at first I hesitated since you visit other alternatives and they tell you things with very little sensitivity and they told me one thing on one side and another here, the diagnosis did not match, in the end I had to decide and take the risk some and I decided on ivi, I didn’t really know if I was right, and now I think I was right, GREAT PROFESSIONALS, WONDERFUL AND HUGE CLINICS IN ARAVACA MADRID THAT ATTEND YOU LIKE A UNIQUE PERSON.
IF YOU WANT TO GET PREGNANT NO MATTER HOW DIFFICULT IT IS FOR YOU, GO TO IVI, IT WILL BE AN INVESTMENT WELL SPENT, you have to pay a lot but it is worth it, it is a long and hard process, you don’t have to lie, but IT IS POSSIBLE.
THANKS TO THE ENTIRE SALAMANCA TEAM, Dr. Genoveva, Cristina, Pilar… and so many human personnel there… also to IVI ARAVACA FOR MAKING OUR DREAM COME TRUE. I had lost faith and all of you gave me my star that I carry it with me in my belly, thank you infinitely💫.

I did not like the advice or the follow-up of the patient because I think that more controls must be done to have a guarantee that in Madrid they can extract a sufficient number of Follicles… and not that we go and after the intervention… they tell us that no Follicle is mature we went for nothing and the budget they gave us and we paid was not small…we have not yet received a response from the clinic…now if you have to pay twice…it seems like a scam to me as it sounds .
