Our experience at Ivi Pamplona has been very positive. From the first moment, the treatment of the team (we do not want to name anyone in particular because everyone, from the doctor, to the nurses and the administrators, are fantastic) has been warm and professional. They resolve your doubts (although in these processes 2+2 are not always 4) and accompany you along the way, and that gives a lot of peace of mind because sometimes it can be emotionally complicated. IVI has given me a great opportunity. This summer I was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 32…as soon as they gave me the news the first thing I thought was…I’m not going to be able to be a mother after chemotherapy…And then I remembered a television commercial for IVI . I contacted them, and when I explained my situation, as an oncology patient who wanted to preserve her fertility, they welcomed me that same afternoon. I remember that the gynecologist, Begoña, was lovely to me…she explained the options to me and that I could start the treatment for egg freezing. I had to start now, and ovulate as soon as possible, since this treatment was not compatible with chemo, and chemo was urgent, it was vital that I start as soon as possible. With the IVI team in just 13 days I managed to preserve 6 eggs. Just wait 13 days to start chemotherapy. How great the team, the gynecologists Begoña and Maribel, the nurse Montse, the administrators….they all welcomed me with a smile, with a lot of empathy, understanding how scared I was and encouraging me…. great professionals, but also great people. Thank IVI for the excitement of knowing that when my cancer process ends, I will be able to be the mother I have always dreamed of being. Thanks IVI.

It has been a long road because sometimes having babies is not easy. Since we arrived at the clinic and getting to know the entire team it has been very easy. Our body does not always do things the way we would like from the beginning, but with determination and with the help of a fantastic team, we have finally achieved it.

I vitrified the oocytes with IVI Pamplona and it was the best decision I could have made.
Although my ovarian reserve was very low for my age, the results have been very good.
