I write this review without knowing the final result of my treatment (which obviously we hope will be positive). The best thing about IVI is the professionalism and wonderful empathy of the entire medical, nursing, and laboratory team. The appointments are well scheduled, there are practically no waiting times and in general they organize everything phenomenally. If they have to call you to give you results, they do it when they say. My doctor is Dr. Martínez-Salazar and he is the best. We live in Germany, but we have undergone treatment at IVI due to the disastrous treatment we received at the fertility clinic in our place of residence (0 human treatment). And I have to say that the trips have been worth it. The entire team has been 10, answering all questions, even letting me do FaceTime with my husband who couldn’t travel. They are great professionals in their field, super honest, patient, with a lot of empathy, closeness and delicacy in how they do and say things. There are many control systems (which at least for me are very important) to make sure who you are and who your partner is. I would choose them a thousand times. I have felt 100% supported and part of a team in which we are all rowing in the same direction. It should also be noted that they offer online workshops with psychologists.
The only thing I think they should improve is: 1-The telephone service system (which always goes to a call center even if you call the “emergency” number), and sometimes they tell you to call later. I haven’t had anything super urgent but I wouldn’t have wanted to go through that if it had been. 2-The issue of payments and invoices, perhaps I am used to receiving an invoice before making the payment, but at IVI they always send it to you afterwards and I have always had to ask for it. Sometimes they have taken more than a week. The documents that are uploaded to the portal, in the balance section, are quite complicated to follow (payments, invoices, separate tests, even if you make full payments).

It is lucky to have this clinic in Madrid. The attention is great.
We feel very grateful to the entire team, but especially to the professionals who dealt directly with our case and whom we recommend: our gynecologist was Dr. Guillén, he has helped us a lot… always frankly solving our doubts and taking an interest in our case.
During pregnancy, Dr. Grañeras performs diagnostic ultrasound scans at the clinic… I have no words to describe his work… it is admirable, it is said that what he does not see, nobody sees…
We decided to request psychological help, which is almost a priority… there we were very lucky to fall into the hands of Cristina López. Simply wonderful, very involved with us. The path would not have been the same without your help.
We speak from our experience but we are sure that any professional in this clinic is up to the task.

I chose this clinic to vitrify my oocytes for a possible late motherhood (we know, things in today’s society). I’m 31 years old and I knew it was a good idea, but it was even better to do it with them. All the staff who work there have treated me 10, but I would like to make special mention of my doctor, Israel Ortega, for his professionalism, his affection and his dedication from the first day.
Everything has gone well and I know that I have been in good hands at all times.

PS I would also like to thank Linda, my anesthetist during the ovarian puncture. I saw her for a few minutes but just in those moments of nerves prior to the intervention and the truth is that she was heavenly to me.

The road is very very difficult but we have felt very accompanied. Our doctor has been Carlos Iglesias, we are very grateful, he has always had a good word, care and attention towards us. Both he and the entire team have answered all the doubts we have had and have helped us navigate this difficult path as best as possible.

I am going to tell you about my experience with this clinic, today my husband and I have been there, and although we have not been very happy with the results they have given us… but neither the staff nor the staff are to blame for it. the doctors or anyone, it’s just that I don’t have the ovules to get pregnant with my own ovules, at all times they have been sincere and have not tried to get the money out of me, I was a little afraid because of the comments I read here, but nothing could be further from the reality.
They offer you alternatives, yes, a bit expensive, but in this life there is nothing cheap and they make you fulfill the dream of being moms and dads 😉

We have been lucky enough to find Dr. Carlos Alonso and his team at this clinic, we have received great attention from everyone. Dr. Alonso is a great professional, he explains everything perfectly and is very careful. It is very easy to communicate with him and ask him any question. Also note that it is very positive, always adjusting to reality. These values ​​are transmitted to his team and among all of them transmit a lot of security and encouragement to face this process.

Dr. Alicia took it to us, we are delighted with the entire medical team, the facilities lack nothing, the treatment is unbeatable and in our case the results have been good, although we have not yet passed the first trimester, in As far as the clinic is concerned, everything has gone great and at first we encountered some other problems, but at all times they advised us in the best way and always explained everything very well and resolved all our doubts.
It is true that it is not the cheapest but we definitely recommend it.
