We can recommend the clinic. First, regarding the logistics: When undergoing treatment abroad, one naturally worries about whether the organization is feasible from afar. This concern was unfounded: You are assigned a coordinator who takes care of all the organizational aspects during your treatment, such as the treatment plan, appointments, prescriptions, etc. My coordinator is Ms. Králová, and she is excellent: friendly, empathetic, well-organized, and, above all, very responsive. Her easy accessibility makes the treatment process much easier. The entire procedure runs smoothly. So far, I have been under the medical care of Dr. Šťastná and Dr. Hradecký. Both are friendly and empathetic, and both take the time to answer questions. I had most of my procedures performed by Dr. Hradecký. The puncture and transfer went without a hitch (I have experienced difficult transfers elsewhere). It's a great advantage that your partner is allowed to accompany you for the transfer. The nursing staff is kind. I found Ms. Gusarová and Ms. Faragová to be particularly friendly and approachable. The facilities are also pleasantly designed. A positive aspect is that you are given a small, private cubicle with a bed before and after the puncture or during acupuncture, thus providing some privacy. It takes some getting used to that you receive the invoice almost simultaneously with the final treatment plan and have to pay in advance or on-site directly before the procedure. This is probably due to the international patient base and is therefore understandable, but it is an adjustment to start the day of the puncture/transfer with a payment, since in Germany you only receive an invoice afterward. However, Ms. Mejstříková at reception is always very friendly; you immediately feel welcome and well cared for, which is much more important on such days.
