IVF CUBE – Reviews and Prices

We decided to do IVF in Prague due to costs in the U.S. We reached out to several clinics and IVF Cube was the only clinic that got back to us in a timely manner. I am so glad we went with them. Our coordinator, Petra, was amazing! Even from so far away the entire process went smoothly and we had our little one in February

IVF Cube made our dream come true. We had struggled for years and tried other clinics. However we had success on the first try with IVF Cube. The staff were kind and accommodated our needs with getting medicine and labs in our home country. The clinic was comfortable. The procedure was very professional, while more affordable than in the USA. We wish we had known about them sooner.

If it wasn’t for IVF Cube I would not have my wonderful baby boy. After years of infertility treatment in Ireland I became pregnant after my first transfer with Cube in February 2024 at the age of 38. By then it had been a long road in Ireland, with 5 failed IVF attempts, and I was ready to seek an egg donor but my husband and the Dr. at Cube thought it was worth another try with my own eggs. We now have a beautiful 4 month old son and 2 embryos in storage as a result of 2 egg collections. Petra was our coordinator and Dr. Hana performed the egg collections and transfer, both Petra and Hana and all the other staff we met at Cube, were kind, reassuring and competent. I felt the approach was different at Cube to what I had experienced in Ireland in terms of investigations, personalised care and holistic treatment. I cannot recommend Cube enough and hopefully in the future I’ll be returning for a sibling for my son.

My wife & I can not express how grateful we are to IVF Cube. The staff are wonderful & very attentive to your needs, there was always someone on the other end of the phone to answer any questions or queries. We are especially grateful to our coordinator, Katerina, who showed an outstanding level of support, empathy, kindness and professionalism. We would definitely recommend IVF Cube.

I can only warmly recommend this clinic, from the first visit to the clinic, I felt absolutely great. The attitude of the entire staff was amazing. Dr. Višňová was professional and very empathetic, she always explained everything to us in detail. During the therapy period, I felt like the most important client. I wouldn’t go to another clinic.

Disappointing experience – Not recommended

Unfortunately, our experience with genetic counseling at this clinic was disappointing. During the agreed video appointment, we had to wait in front of the screen for over 20 minutes without any information about a delay or support. That seems unprofessional and unappreciative.

There were also considerable ambiguities in the reports: only after repeated requests did we receive a revised version with complete information. This lack of transparency and care raises legitimate doubts.

What is particularly incomprehensible to us is that no checks were carried out during the hormonal stimulation to ensure the success of the treatment. Close monitoring of essential hormone levels should have been standard.

Because of these experiences, this clinic is no longer an option for us. The high overall price for the treatment is disproportionate to the service provided. Given the inadequate care and lack of care, a partial refund would be the minimum.

We had a great experience with IVF cube and I would highly recommend it.
To give some examples of what we really appreciated:
– we could always answer questions, we were always proactively asked if we had any and no question was a “stupid question”
– everything was extensively explained to us. On the medical side, all pros and cons, to do the right decisions. On the procedure side, we were given detailed explanations about what is happening. On the home treatment, we were given explanations do not be lost and also we were given documents so that we exactly know what to do.
– the staff was very kind and respectful
– when we had issues, the hotline was a great help and we could call anytime
– email communication was very fast and all matters were settled within one day
– we never waited long, appointment times were always respected
