We were very satisfied good attitude

When my friend and I visited the clinic for the first time, we were impressed by the nice and warm environment of the clinic. Dr. Koutná had 100% access to us, explained everything clearly and proposed a solution. The nurses are always smiling beautifully and overall the environment of the clinic had a very positive effect on me. He always tries to find the most gentle way to help couples conceive. I recommend everyone who needs help with conception to visit this clinic and make their own beautiful experience and memories… Thank you to the entire staff of IVF CLINIC Olomouc for the amazing care they gave us.

Some doctors from this clinic should consider further education or return their medical diplomas. I can’t diagnose at all, the examination was so harsh and I’m not even talking about communication, it’s hell, and I’ve already changed it, there were no IVF clinics, I don’t recommend it at all.

We have been at the clinic for a little over 2 years. I can’t complain about anything during that time. Everyone is nice, very accommodating and humane. We are mostly under the care of Dr. Koutná, who is our Angel. The doctor and I agree on everything, she explains everything nicely. He is actively looking for a solution to our problem. When you urgently need a telephone consultation, he always makes time. The doctor is also able to support psychologically, which is crucial on this journey. We are still waiting for our miracle, but I know that together we will soon succeed.🍀

We had our treatment with doner egg about two years ago. It was a very emotional experience, but Dr Machac and Iveta have been brilliant. To be honest, all the staff were amazing. After one failed transfer, we are now proud parents of the most wished for baby girl. The process and options have been explained very well. I wish we had gone there a lot earlier. It would have saved us a lot of time and money.

An more than awful experience. At their instructions Cetrotide was started very late(day 11) and the cycle failed. They did not assumed responsability.

Very pleasant and professional staff, including all the nurses, doctors and organizational staff. Perfect environment. Flexible. Simply the best experience. Highly recommended.
