I recommended the clinic 14 years ago and my recommendation has never disappointed anyone.

I had a gastric balloon inserted at the clinic at the beginning of November and the appointment was booked through Royal Medical. Communication was great with both the clinic and the service provider (Andrea from RoyalMedical). Everyone I communicated with spoke good German. I was constantly accompanied by Mr. Nosek, who informed me about all further steps. Thank you very much at this point!

During the appointment itself everything went as planned and smoothly. I had to stay in the hospital for one night and was well looked after so that I had hardly any complaints after the insertion. After the stay I have a nutrition plan and recommendations from Mr. Nosek received and I’m now looking forward to the result in a year. So far I have lost almost 4.5 kg, which is impressive for just under 4 weeks.

My review refers to the Department of Gastroenterology. I’ve asked many places, and I do this as the best in the field. The patient is always in the first place, there is no waiting for several hours, the administration of everything is unmatched, there is no shortage of cold water, wifi, a snack machine – little things that please. I also do things that I don’t have to. The professionalism of this place constantly breathes on you. Thank you very much for all the effort and I would like to highlight the empathetic and humane approach of MUDr. Zdychynecov. She supports in every situation and is incredibly human, she always tries automatically(!) to accommodate in everything.

five weeks ago I had varicose vein surgery, operated on by Prof. Mudr Baláž together with Mudr Rokosný. I have to say that the operation itself was an experience for me, they did the procedure in three different ways, they explained everything to me during the operation and pointed out to me every little inconvenience. It was literally a concert for four hands.
The post-operative condition is completely without complications and I did not need any painkillers that were recommended to me. I am very glad that I found this clinic and put myself in the hands of professionals. I have already sent several patients to the clinic and can only recommend it

I had knee surgery with them. Then I also went there for rhb. I was very satisfied. beautiful surroundings. nice. willing staff. who care about the patient. they are not established. they don’t treat you like-another-piece! how is it with other doctors, if you sit him down. I have a problem with that. They are smiling when I arrive at the reception. Nice people. Also at rhb, the lady at reception. Dr. Sejkora is an empathetic person. What a patient. My experience with Dr. Vatlák was very negative. I expected a professional approach, but I was met with disinterest and a careless attitude, and he has below average knowledge compared to doctors at competing clinics. In addition, he stood by the consultation the whole time and managed to see me off rudely several times by interrupting my questions and giving me his hand to see me out of the room and the like. The care did not reach even the basic standard that I would expect from such a doctor.

Another disappointment was MUDr. Lucie Hasenöhrlova. I found her approach uncomfortable and lacked a basic willingness to communicate. Communication was often curt and reluctant. In addition, she illegally photographed me naked despite my ban, and her actions are now being investigated by an administrative authority.

I did not expect that I would have to face aggressive behavior from MUDr. Lucie Hasenöhrlová, who during the consultations made it clear to me her reluctance to answer questions, and her actions were more likely already outside the legal regulations.

Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience with this clinic. The lack of professionalism and concern for the patient really surprised me and I would definitely not recommend these doctors to anyone who expects a humane and professional approach.

Modern medical facilities; pleasant and empathetic staff 😁❤️

I had a breast reduction (+ lift) here last year with Dr. Vatlak and this year liposuction on the inner thighs, stomach and hips with Dr. Have Hasenöhrlová carried out. Both are extremely friendly and competent doctors. The plastic surgery receptionists are also extremely friendly. They often even speak German to you and you always feel welcome and well looked after. If I had any questions, requests or even fears, everyone in the team was always there to support me. The nurses were friendly and showed up quickly if you had a problem or needed more pain medication. The results of the procedures exceeded my expectations. It all looks completely natural and beautiful. I can go out in the summer without a bra again and now I can wear my best jeans and cropped shirts again. My self-confidence has increased again and I would like to thank the entire plastic surgery team for their extremely loving and competent way of working ❤️ My friend, who had a breast enlargement done here, is also thrilled – I got the tip for this clinic from her . I recommend this clinic! 😊
