Excellent meeting with Doctor Zeghari. He is particularly caring, attentive, patient and took the time to answer all my questions. He was gentle and attentive to ensure that the consultation took place calmly and without pain. I warmly recommend it

5 stars to the doctors and 0 stars to the reception.
I visited July last year, and receptionists were very unprofessional. They were not welcoming and seemed like they really did not want to be there.
Reason I post this review now is because I have received a threatening letter from Seeric Recouvrement de creances demanding me to pay 97euros for some analysis. So the 200euros I have paid in this clinic apparently did not include the blood tests, and nobody even bothered to explain this to me. They even ignored my 1st email asking about this situation.
Communication from the reception is very poor…someone needs to train them on good customer service.

Very disappointed by the attitude of the assistant CYRIELLE in this fertility institute.
From the start, it created a cold and unwelcoming climate. Instead of calmly explaining how the institute works, she reacted as if everything was obvious, even though it was my first time here and I didn’t know the procedures.
Her communication is confusing and ineffective, and when we try to clarify things, she adopts a condescending and hostile posture.
Rather than explaining calmly when a misunderstanding arises, she adopts a confrontational posture, which is inappropriate in a place where listening and empathy are essential. Instead of acknowledging a possible misunderstanding, she accuses patients with condescending remarks such as: “I know what I said, ma’am. If you don’t sign up for the blood test, no one will count you. »
Finally, when it was time to check out, she directed me to her colleague, who was already busy with other patients. Thinking this was part of the process, I waited patiently, but then saw that she was cashing out other customers directly, which reinforced the impression of a lack of consideration. His colleague, who was also very kind and much nicer, fortunately partially compensated for this bad experience.
This is why I am removing two stars.
Fortunately, Dr SADOUN is exemplary: professional, caring, attentive and attentive.
Which makes up for this bad experience at reception.
I will come back for her without hesitation, but I hope that efforts will be made to improve communication and support at reception.

Everything went well, I was followed by Doctor Sebag who is more than competent in his field, appointments are easy to obtain, the follow-up is optimal in the context of IVF. The secretaries are human and caring. His replacements are just as good. Special big up to Cyrielle, secretary with a big heart who has an incredible attitude in the challenges of IVF.
The price is justified by the quality of the service.

I had an appointment with Dr. Zeghari, who was very professional and clear in his explanations. Even though I felt a little uneasy (I’m a little person!), I was reassured and supported throughout. And everything went really well.
The team, including the secretary, was great. I highly recommend.
