I can’t say enough great things about Dr. A and the team at Hope Fertility. I started my IVF journey at another clinic (Shady Grove) where there was a complete lack of personalized care, empathy, and seemed to be a one size fits all approach. After several unsuccessful cycles, I started looking for a new doctor and I found Dr. A. From our first meeting, I knew I was in the right place. Dr. A is caring, compassionate, empathetic, honest, and helped me stay hopeful throughout the entire journey. She treated me like a person, and not just a number, and determined the best protocol for ME based on MY situation. I felt seen and heard. The staff is also fantastic, kind and responsive. I’m now entering my second trimester and couldn’t be happier or more grateful to Dr. A and the Hope Fertility team.

I can’t recommend Hope Fertility and Dr. Garvin enough! Everyone here is so kind and caring. From the consultation, to all the testing and starting the IVF process, every appointment was pleasant and informative. I actually got pregnant naturally the cycle after my egg retrieval so I did not make it all the way through the IVF process, but I have no doubt that it’s because of Hope Fertility and I can’t wait to continue my journey with them when we are ready to keep growing our family!

STAFF: The office staff is friendly and diverse. They make a point to call you by name. I have had appointments at 7:45a and the office staff is very jolly. They appear to like each other as people, which helps with taking care of us patients.

TIME: Normal appointments are always done in a timely manner. The longest a normal appointment as ever taken for me was about 30 min. The office staff appears to always be on schedule. You never feel like the office is over booked resulting in long wait time.

BILLING: I have never had a bad interaction with bill. My bills that appear in my portal are always accurate.

DOCTOR: Dr A is awesome. I came to her from another clinic after serval retrieval and failed transfer. Dr.A did a retrieval and I got the best quality of embryo that I had ever gotten. My first transfer was not successful. We had trouble getting my lining thick enough when we attempted to do additional transfer. I ask could I try a natural cycle to see if that work best for me, so I took 3 periods off and then on the 4th I came in to see what my body did on is own. This time my lining was perfect and my cycle lined up with the batch model, so we decided to go ahead with another cycle doing modified natural. I became pregnant on my 3rd transfer. I am so thankful that Dr A allow me to attempt to do a modified natural. She is so nice and compassionate and has great bedside manner.

When we were initially looking for a clinic about a year and a half ago the comments for this clinic said that their communication was lacking but the clinic had good results. We chose the clinic based on the results. For a few months, the communication was an issue but that quickly turned around.
Dr. A was personable and made us feel like we wanted to choose her from the very first meeting. This impression never changed throughout our process.
We are now expecting our first child, with a huge thanks to this clinic. I know that when we choose to have a future child we will most certainly be choosing this clinic again.

When I decided to freeze my eggs, I searched for a fertility clinic with kind, knowledgeable staff that would make me feel comfortable and be flexible with my work schedule. Hope Fertility was exactly that. Dr. A and the other women in the clinic were incredibly helpful through my egg freezing journey. They have a patient portal that could be downloaded on my phone which allowed me to contact my coordinator (Mariana) quickly whenever I had questions or was given updates to my medication schedule. Mariana constantly provided me with helpful information about the process (which can be really confusing and overwhelming). The retrieval process was quick and they were intentional and kind about the aftercare. If you’re looking for a clinic that can provide fertility needs, I highly suggest Hope Fertility. 5/5!

If I could give zero stars I would. I decided since it’s in network with my insurance and just to get another opinion on next steps in my fertility journey ; I would try here. I went to the lawrenceville location and I was never told about a co pay as my insurance on its policy does cover diagnoses of fertility and first initial visit after my co pay. I filled out the paperwork online as told within the 48 hours, no one called me and told me anything of payment needed and as I know dealing with a prior fertility clinic on the phone they told me my co pay would be less than 50$. How here first initial visit am I being charged 390 and telling me I don’t have coverage when it is clearly on my site and it’s been done before. My insurance does not pay for anything dealing with actual egg retrieval which is fine because i have another insurance for that. I am appalled at the service . I can say the front desk girl was nice and that’s the only thing I can say about this place. I was actually in deployment for this hurricane with my job and a came back to do this appt to only be let down severely. Now I have to go back and take a flight to go to work and not have what was promised to me. Do not recommend this place at all. It’s very discouraging after all that I went thru to get this appt and show up.

My Wife and I were very Blessed to have found this place. After a lot of research and going through multiple facilities, we landed at Hope Fertility. It was one of biggest blessing during our Journey and we could not be happier with the care, from Dr. Asemota or her very well team of nurses and staff. Everyone was amazing and to a truly caring touch. If there was a 6th star here they would get it. We love them here and we hope you will also.

I can confidently state that being a patient at Hope Fertility is one of the best things that ever happened in my life. At Hope fertility, l felt the culture of family and belonging. Dr Asemota and her team of clinical and support staff were able to identify with my fertility ordeals and they provided a warm environment that catered for my emotional/psychological and fertility needs, which helped to restore hope, confidence, and trust.

I experienced efficient service delivery from registration, setting up appointments, and attending visits. Both the clinical and support staff are very friendly, patient, and supportive. My encounters with Dr. Asemota during visits were nothing short of professional, transparent, friendly, educative, and supportive. She and her entire team know me by name, and I’m always greeted with warm smiles as I enter her office. Our diagnosis, treatment options, complications, and costs were clearly explained in very simple terms. Whenever extra information or clarity was needed, my IVF coordinator( Neicey) and Dr. A were very accessible and provided immediate responses to my questions or concerns.

Dr A and Hope fertility boasts of a good network of partners that are not only keen to improve education on fertility and reproductive health among women and men, but also provide support to couples who can not afford the cost of treatment. I am happy to mention that it’s no hoax; I am a proud winner of one of those grants, and it has contributed significantly to making my fertility journey a success thus far.

While the team at Hope Fertility are passionate about doing all they can to get one pregnant, they are also very transparent in their approach by letting you know your options and your chances of success. At Hope, you are empowered to make informed decisions about treatment.

Today was my first visit. The receptionists, the lady that did my ultrasound, and the doctor were all super helpful and kind. Me and my boyfriend feel more hopeful of being able to conceive in the future. Thank you!

Dr. Garvin was very thorough with the labs/testing for my PCOS. We were fortunate enough to get pregnant after one cycle of TIC with medications. Would recommend.
