We had a really positive experience with the GYNEM clinic.
Adriana was our co ordinator and from our first point of contact she was so informative and clear, but also friendly and reassuring. We felt that all of our questions were answered and any meetings were followed up with clear emails containing all the information so we could refer back to it at any time.
Adriana was with us every step of the way, supporting us and answering questions. She checks in with us and ensures we don’t forget anything.
Dr Frühaufova was clear, kind and straightforward. She was reassuring and realistic as well. When our first transfer didn’t work she was available as soon as we needed to talk it through and put another plan together. Our plan was tailored to us personally to give us the best chance.
the clinic itself was lovely and every member of staff we came across was friendly kind and positive.
We were lucky enough that our second embryo transfer worked and we are currently 13 weeks pregnant. We could not have done this without the amazing staff at the GYNEM clinic, their knowledge, care and expertise has helped us grow our family and give our daughter a sibling. A wonderful family-run clinic with a friendly and empathetic approach. The team is truly caring, making every patient feel comfortable and valued. Their high success rate speaks for itself, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking top-quality care.

The service works perfectly. It was enough to visit for a few years and we already have a monthly hottie at home. The approach from everyone was professional the whole time and despite the fact that the whole process is unpleasant, it was manageable there 🙂 I would especially like to thank Dr. Wasiková, who had a very humane and empathetic approach and we had full confidence in her the whole time. For several years I have been thinking about donating to help other women, but I didn’t know which clinic to choose. The entire team of doctors and nurses, including the receptionists, were incredibly nice, always pleasant, smiling, kind, helpful and empathetic. They explained everything perfectly and answered my questions. The environment is modern and at the same time nice and pleasant, I felt very comfortable here. I never waited long, everything was exactly on time. Everything happened quickly and without complications. I’m excited.
