I had an exceptional experience at Genova IVF center! Their services are top-notch, and the team is extremely helpful, I’d like to specially mention Arooba, who had incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. She took the time to discuss our issues and provided crystal clear guidance. The entire team is highly professional, and their on call supportive is outstanding. My Genova experience has been excellent, I m patient of Dr. Javeria she was very understanding, friendly and listened carefully to what I had to say and her advice was very helpful.. I have plenty of awesome things to say about my experience at Genova. I was referred to clinic through my mentor and despite me being a challenging case the way I was treated, it was nothing less than exceptional. I am kind of person who requires prompt response to my queries on every step of my treatment. Dr Iftikhar and Dr Rabia do care who they treat and they always took time to discuss the plan with me. Team was always there to provide me with the clarity and reassurance no matter how many times I asked for it. Dr Sundas and Dr Amber are such a compassionate souls who never got tired of my queries and wanted to ensure that my treatment was as less stressing as it could be. Dr Alvina is a wonderful and thoughtful advisor, navigating us through the financial aspects of my treatment and provided me with all the necessary documentation for my leave of absence.
Dr Burhan and Dr Sajjad are very kind and professional who always took time out to update us on our case progress. Sumera, Maryam, Sehrish, Hira are very caring, very gentle in their approach every time I had to go through any procedure. A huge shout out to Mishal, she is truly awesome 🌟 ❤️ and knew exactly how to make me feel at ease. She was always there to help me out the moment I stepped into the clinic, ensuring everything ran smoothly, from scan, and lab to the administration of my injectables.

From all ivf centers of Pakistan this was chosen but everything is fake.. they only are earning money… They first emotionally trap you… Get more money ..strt saying things as age and AMH issue … They take money and don’t follow their own protocal..they even don’t inject the injections which their doctors prescribes…they want payment first even if transfer or retrieval times is over… and when one ivf cycle fails .. they try to trap you again saying we just got to know about another protocal being used internationally..Dr iftikhr does not own his staffs mistakes…all they have to say is Allah ki mrzi.. plz don’t waste money, time and energy.. they all are fake.. Dr javeria is on Facebook marketing about Genova.. she also has people marketing for Genova… Don’t fall in their trap…currupt people.. really wished the health ministry sets up a monitoring system for all ivf centers throughout Pakistan so they take this seriously and don’t take all couples as opportunities to gain money… We know this is expensive but we need quality assurance that what they do is visible and as per standards and there is an authority which hold them accountable if this number of ivf cases fail in their center.. that’s only when these centers and their staff will truly work seriously and stop emotionally blackmailling couples
