Absolutely lousy ordering and communication system. On the website, they have a form for ordering an examination, to which no one answers (it's been a month). Then you try to call them and it takes forever, so you choose the option to get back to you within 24 hours. AFTER a week, no one will hear from you anyway. So you call again and wait about 15 minutes until someone kindly picks up and orders you. However, it will no longer take your contact information either from the form or over the phone, so it will not actually send you a confirmation SMS or email. And even if you call the phone number at one branch in Prague, they are able to order you to another branch without your knowledge and they won't even tell you. So, without a confirmation message and knowing that you made an appointment at the branch where you called, it will happen to you like me, that you then lose time, arrive at the wrong branch and where they tell you that they will wait for you at the other branch, because they called there and told them, to wait, you will therefore arrive there 15 minutes later, not to mention the absolutely horrible location of the Poříčí branch, where you can't park at all and in the end the arrogant doctor will tell you with a smile on her face that you are unlucky. So a completely unnecessary trip, unnecessary stress, and time wasted so that the doctor could take an apparently unplanned break for a coffee even at the cost of the fact that the examination would not take the standard time (which I wouldn't mind if it was shorter). So, in short, they have a mess in it and only the patient/client will take it. I have not yet experienced worse services/communication in another private health center. And the ordering times are also crazy, so I have to wait at least another month before I can be examined.
