GENNET Prague 1

Our experience with Gennet was a painful one. After 2 cancelled cycles in Ireland, we decided to try abroad, we were very hopeful. We went for Irish Package which was a big mistake. It turned out Kate and Irene are just good sale people but they only care about money. Going through IVF is emotionally hard and for me personally, there is no comparison and empathy from Gennet. It was a very disappointing experience and we feel we just wasted our time and money. After waiting all day for feedback from our final IVF scan in Ireland (which is quite important information when you have to book last-minute flights and accommodation...) we were told late in the evening, in a very cold email that there is only 1 good size follicle and that we can come for collection OR our only option in donor egg...Everything in a cold email, no care, no compassion. Our protocol with Gennet wasn't different from what we did in Ireland, they didn't try anything different even though they knew I'm a poor responder to stimulation. EDIT (December 2023) After a cold email from Gennet: "doctor Danek does not feel that trying again with a different protocol and medication dosages would have a different outcome, especially after 2 cancelled cycles and given your latest hormonal profile results." I was devastated but now I know he was completely WRONG! Changing the protocol and medications helped and we found an amazing clinic that cares about patients, not only about their money. We went to the Novum clinic in Warsaw and the experience was so much better - amazing patient care, great communication and helpful staff. Dr Danek from Gennet said back in April that our only option is egg donor which now I can assure you - it's not! We found a Doctor in Warsaw who would carefully read our medical history and who CHANGED the protocol and medications. As a result, we had 4 eggs collected and have 2 great-quality frozen embryos! Please don't waste your time with Gennet, it's not worth all the stress and money.
