Even though I first read the reviews, which were not entirely rosy, I kept telling myself that a clinic like yours must know how to behave and care. It was a mistake. The ladies down at the reception should smile more and be more approachable, after all, it is the first impression of the clinic. The basis of politeness is to introduce yourself, and I would really like that in your place. I knock on the door, the doctor opens and says: The hanger is there and you lie down straight away and show your belly. How about a good day? Introduce yourself to each other? The doctor described what he saw on the ultrasound, but the whole time it sounded like mumbling to himself without making eye contact with us rather than explaining to us, we didn't even understand half of it. Yes, I have a stronger figure, but an indirect insult from the doctor: this is exactly how you grab your belly here, and I can see it in a consultation ..... Thank you very much, that's what you call a professional approach. It was enough to say it differently. When ordering, we were told that it would take 30 minutes .... we were out of the office in 10 minutes with everything, the ultrasound lasted less than 5 minutes. Do you call this a careful first screening? I am a nurse and it should definitely not look like this! I could almost consider this as neglect of care. It was like a classic ultrasound at my doctor. And the cherry on the cake is that I have to pay for a photo that I can't even choose the one I want ... Never again to your clinic. As a health professional, I am really disappointed with your clinic and this professional approach should not look like this. Especially when you are a private clinic where clients give their money. I am thinking a lot about having the examination done again with my own money somewhere else and properly. Shame on you!
