Nice clinic, clean, modern, well equipped and the doctors are real professionals both gynecologists and the ones dealing with genetic advising. Unfortunately, some of the nurses, but especially receptionists and the phone operators can be really rude and not helpful at all. Not providing sufficient or correct information, not helping finding solutions with smaller problems like booking date or missing blood test (because of their fault), etc. And these people are dealing with pregnant women in a manner that no-one deserves 😒 I based this opinion on my experience with BOTH of my pregnancies, 2 years ago and now. Nothing has changed, their attitude is just blowing my mind off. I do speak Czech and have health care in CZ so really not making big “problem” for them, what is more, now we just payed lot of money for an extra service so they can see that we are not only going for the basic stuff. And still the lady is doing only the minimum and being bossy with me on the phone. If they wouldn’t have the modern equipment what they do, I wouldn’t have gone back after my first pregnancy. Now I see that this was a mistake.

Apparently, to be satisfied with the services of the Gennet Clinic, you should never go to Dr. Smetana. If I immediately believed the reviews about this lady, I would never have gone here for an ultrasound. The atmosphere is not pleasant and the doctor is not friendly. I paid money to hear everything about the baby (I heard that everything is fine with the baby, but Dr. Smetanová even talked about it in such a way that everything can be on the 2nd ultrasound wrong. “Now everything is fine, but it’s not certain”) I left there with negative emotions. At the end, the lady asked if I had any questions for her, and my only wish was to leave this clinic as soon as possible. I don’t have a single photo of the baby, no one said that I have to pay or something. This should be pointed out to the reception.
Thank God I found a new clinic. I never want to come to you again.

I been here multiple times and the screening was always very stressful. Dr. Smetanova had awful remarks which made me feel uncomfortable. When I told her I experiencing pain she said nothing you didnt feel during intercourse. When I came again I told her about small amout of blood which came during the night. She said its not her job and to go to my gynocologist. I went and my gyno called the ambulance straight away. I lost my child because of early labour which I was experiencing druing the exam with Dr. Smetanova. I want other to see and speak up for themselfs is they uncomfortable with a doctors treatment.

Doctors with MUDr. Although they are willing, they understand medicine, BUT the employer should send them to some administration training. Because the DPN has not been completed, the application to the insurance company has not been processed. A mess in the papers. So there you go.
Or maybe some have it MUDr. bought in Ukraine. Then it would fit that.
