Today, my wife and I came from a long way to see Dr. Gülseren upon recommendation. Despite paying the fee, my wife was not satisfied with this hasty and unprofessional examination. Moreover, 1 hour after we left there, they told us that the nurse had a problem with the blood donation process and that we had to come back for this procedure. This situation caused us a lot of time, money and moral loss. I would like to state on my behalf that we will never go here again.
