Stage 1 Lite ($4,200) + egg donor addition fee ($6,720) + Stage 2 base fee ($7,905) = $18,825 minimum. Also available: egg thaw ($3,740) + ICSI ($3,300) + frozen embryo transfer ($3,100) = $10,140 for using frozen donor eggs
