The best decision of our lives!
After years of trying, we have finally achieved our long-awaited pregnancy 🙏🏼🙏🏼 and it is a dream that has come true and all thanks to the European Fertility Institute. From the first moment we have felt supported and understood by the entire team. 😌😌
Our doctor María Sánchez de Rivera Colin explained the process to us with clarity and patience, resolving all our doubts and fears. The treatment was always close, affectionate and kind, which made us feel very comfortable and confident. And we really needed it because our experience in another previous clinic turned out to be quite unpleasant and hard, without any empathy and even more so when this is something very delicate. María has been incredible with us at all times, we could not have been luckier to have found such a wonderful person who has known how to handle our case with great delicacy and professionalism. Making us feel at home!! And giving us hugs when they were necessary… 😍😍
The facilities are modern and cozy, and the atmosphere is very calm. All the staff is wonderful, from the embryologist, Carlos de la Cruz, who was informing us of everything with his daily calls and his patience when explaining all our doubts, to the nurses, special mention to Lidia, who has been our nurse from the beginning and her treatment has also been better than good and that is appreciated! Because he showed us incredible affection throughout the entire process, even the receptionists, always willing to help with a smile and make things easier for us when we were a little lost. Thanks to Julia and Alicia for everything, they are the ones we have agreed with the most!! For your kindness and smiles when we have needed them.
Thanks to the European Fertility Institute and Maria, our dream of becoming parents has come true and we are now in our 18th week. We are immensely grateful and recommend this clinic to all couples looking for a pregnancy! You won’t regret it!!

I haven’t had a consultation but the treatment of “Julia” (I don’t know if the name is true or invented) leaves a lot to be desired. I have tried to ask several questions (non-technical) and all I had to do was go through a consultation first. I just want information, not make an appointment. He cut me off with every word I said to him. Thanks to “Julia” you have lost a client.

After being at another well-known fertility clinic for almost 2 years and with a level of care that left a lot to be desired and zero results, I finally looked for another clinic and decided to go to IEF.
You immediately noticed that it is another level, that the patients are not “just another one.” It was noticeable in the level of care, information they gave me about all the processes and medications, it was obvious that they really wanted each treatment to work. They are always accessible and help with any questions or problems I had (even when I was at home and without a scheduled appointment). I felt covered knowing that I can always call by phone to consult with the doctors (unlike the other clinic that only allowed the patient to speak to the patient… that is if they answered the phone).

My impression is that they are very professional, close and very attentive to the patients’ needs and concerns.
This is noticeable with everyone who works at this clinic and the only thing I regret is that I did not start the whole process with them from the beginning.

Although they are a little more expensive than other clinics, I think they are the best by far.

Thank all the center staff for the excellent treatment received: doctors, nurses, assistants, receptionists and laboratory technicians; Their attention, professionalism and availability at all times have made us feel in the best hands in a process where trust is so important. It should also be noted that they collaborate with the best genetics and immunology teams and coordinate everything to make the process as simple as possible. Thank you so much.

My experience with the IEF clinic has been excellent. I have been very well guided in my fertility preservation treatment by Dr. La Fuente, as well as by all his fellow doctors and nurses with whom I have also had a lot of contact. The receptionist (blonde) has also always been very friendly and collaborative. The process has been super calm and they have supported and guided me throughout the entire time. Likewise, the team at the surgery center has been very professional and friendly. I recommend 100% as a fertility specialist center and for the attention of all the staff.

We have not had a good experience. They told me “the rupture” of my second and last embryo an hour before the transfer. Something very strange to happen, especially when it is a good quality embryo. The doubt that it could have been a human error always flew over my head, even though they had checked protocols because in the end something could have happened during the handling. We will never know. Now it’s time to start from scratch after 5 months waiting and preparing for the transfer. A shock.
I have no negative comments about the treatment of the staff. My gynecologist, kind and close. But I can’t not make this comment.

After 2 years with them and having made a fortune out of us and 4 failed attempts, including an abortion, we changed clinics and the first time we had our daughter in our arms, it seems that they are only interested in the money. I do not recommend it to anyone.

One more place where money is prioritized, where the doctor tries to make you take communion with treadmills, counting on you not having done your homework and being aware (because if you are, you see how it goes). Where they try to sell you and even force you to do inseminations before IVF even though you have diagnoses from gynecologists and urologists saying that you are not suitable and that it would not work, everything is so that you spend more. Where to do inseminations, nothing happens if the semen analysis is wrong, but if you then go to in vitro, it should be with a genetic test and here I am the doctor in charge. And of course, like most clinics in Spain, they want you to get only 3 embryos, because then they eat the leftovers and have to pay the expenses. To everyone: be very careful with the center where you do in vitro in Spain, most clinics have a problem because they pay for leftover frozen embryos and it entails a huge expense and they only want you to get 3 blasts, no matter what eggs you have ( and that is NOT normal), and if you run out of blasts, well, another in vitro that they charge you. What a danger…

The best clinic, a great team of doctors, embryologists, nurses, receptionists, everyone.
