Hi, I'm not a mother, but I read the comments and I'm quite overwhelmed. I've had three full cycles of endometriosis through the National Health System, but they were unsuccessful; I didn't get pregnant. Years ago, my gynecologist diagnosed me with endometriosis, and since I wasn't expecting a baby at the time, he gave me pills to stop my period. My endometriosis remained the same size for those six years until we tried to get pregnant. When I couldn't conceive naturally, we turned to IVF through the National Health System. There's no way, they don't have the resources. The professionals are wonderful, but they don't go any further. I'm a patient with endometriosis at the same hospital, and at the time of the IVF, they didn't take into account that I was sick. I've been on hormones nonstop, which is quite hard on the body. In the end, we visited several clinics in Valencia because we were looking for answers we NEVER had. Juana Crespo was one of the clinics we visited, and it was the ONLY one that gave me a diagnosis, a solution, and the treatment was very good. It's true that she has a strong character and the process is very difficult, but I prefer to be told things clearly and the truth is conveyed with sincerity, humility, affection, and trust. At no time have we felt mistreated, neither by her (I must say that she is extremely careful when doing ultrasounds; I would dare say no one has ever performed an ultrasound with such delicacy, even though it was a long one, about 15 minutes, looking at everything carefully), nor by the doctor assigned to me, in this case, Dr. de Prados, who is also very gentle and beautiful. I had surgery for fibroids and a fallopian tube; the treatment in the operating room is exquisite and professional. I'm sorry for the long text, but I read the comments and it makes me feel terrible to read such words. I understand that these are personal experiences and everyone has their own; this is totally respectable, but I needed to express myself. It's a private clinic; obviously, they send you the bills to pay, but I haven't felt pressured to do so. You call and they answer; the doctors are always available (they return calls). I don't know if we'll ever make it as parents, but the team is certainly very professional, and we know they'll do their best. They've always instilled confidence in us.
