I came to this client after 3 failed transferences done somewhere else and the first and only one with them…bingo!!
They were very honest from the beginning, very helpful with any doubt or fear that I had, very flexible with my timings cause I was coming from another country.
Nurses available when I needed them for a telephone conversation to clarify any doubt.
Doctor explaining the process with medical details when I needed, very professional and on the top of the game.

They told me that if I didn’t have surgery with them, it would be impossible to get pregnant, when for any other specialist, my uterus was fine and, from what I read, they tell everyone this with the pretext that you are “old” (look how they revel in that word…); It looks like it’s in your script.
The gynecologist spoke to me in a condescending tone, as if I were stupid (“Come on, write down so you don’t forget…”). Then, they gave me a stratospheric quote, which included their famous uterus surgery. After the results of the MRI they sent me, she called me to tell me that my uterus was like a Gruyere cheese, something that contradicted the MRI report. It is clear that the doctor did not imagine that she would be able to read it. So, I decided to opt for another much cheaper clinic and today I am 31 weeks pregnant, without controversial surgeries, long treatments or other nonsense.
By the way, your pregnancy statistics are one thing and carrying it to term is quite another… I’ll leave it there.
Good luck to those of you who are trying. Don’t let them take advantage of your emotional vulnerability in this hard process.

For them you are just another number from which they receive money, and they don’t care about you…We spent almost €8,000 and it was of no use… first, they change you in each doctor/specialist consultation…, second, there is no humanity in the treatment, they only care that you pay before leaving… third, we had a curettage and no follow-up calls or anything at all, which was what determined their lack of professionalism… Four, you could never contact your gynecologist directly, unless you paid for a teleconsultation. A disappointment in service and frustrated hope… my wife and I fought for everything, but this team was a rock in the road and we soon got rid of it. Fatal, very bad and I do not recommend it.

After many years of failed treatments in another clinic, we arrived here. We put on a blindfold and trusted this team 100%. And it was like this: diagnosis, treatment and result. Our little ones came into the world 4 months ago.
I wanted to make special mention of the doctor from Prados, thanks to him and the entire team we have finally achieved our dream of becoming parents.

Very very bad 🤬. We paid more for Juana Crespo to take us, but she has not appeared during the entire treatment, not a call, not a consultation. The organized fatal treatment has been chaos. We have gone to another clinic and have asked them to transfer everything and they refuse. It’s a shame how they treated us.

I don’t recommend it to anyone, we went because we had been trying to be parents for a year. We made an appointment with the doctor for €300 and we left there with only an ultrasound and a diagnosis. She told me that if I didn’t operate on my uterus I would never be a mother and that I had old ovaries (I had always kept my check-ups and I didn’t have any problems). . I want her to know that I am a mother and not thanks to her or any operation and things that I propose. Thank goodness I asked for a second opinion, I don’t know what he would have done to us, it’s outrageous. I write because my body still breaks down when I think about it and I want to help no one make the mistake of trusting

Thanks to Dr. Nadia Caroppo and the team of doctors, nurses and staff in Equipo Juana Crespo, after many failed attempts elsewhere, at the age of 44 I welcomed my son after the first attempt at this clinic.
Dr. Caroppo’s knowledge, humility towards her profession and her empathy is nothing short of incredible. I cannot recommend her and this clinic enough.
