I arrived at the clinic with a value below 1 at 36 years of age, but with the great team of professionals that are part of the clinic and its facilities with the best technology, they made my dream come true. I have received a lot of attention throughout the treatment, review appointments every week, telephone support in case of doubt throughout the process and, above all, very humane treatment. For all this, I want to thank the entire Embryocenter team and especially Dr. Rufino García-Otero.

My wife’s case was not easy at all. A little over a year ago we left this clinic where we have lived one of the worst experiences of our lives. If we lasted a little longer here it was thanks to Dr. Carlos Martínez (I don’t know if he will continue or if he has retired) who is a delight both personally and professionally speaking and his nurse María is also a delight as are the girls at the reception and the nurse Carolina. Dr. Rufino is the worst I have ever encountered in my life, Dr. Rocío and her nurse cannot be more unfriendly and have 0 empathy, and the embryologist Silvia is more of the same. We did 2 IVF cycles and 4 embryo transfers in which we did not have a single positive beta. The last day I was there, Dr. Carlos was sick so Dr. Vicente treated me and the only thing he could tell me was that they could no longer do anything else with my eggs, that I only had the option of egg donation. I know that age is a very important factor but it is not everything, I had a good ovarian reserve, above the average for women my age and no type of disease, my husband simply had a vasectomy and that is why I could not conceive naturally. At the beginning of 2024 we went to another clinic and in April I was already pregnant on the first attempt and with my eggs, unfortunately in the second trimester we had to interrupt the pregnancy because the baby had a genetic disease, at the end of 2024 I got pregnant again the first time and with my eggs, I am already 13 weeks and everything is going great. At my new clinic I met more people who had had bad experiences here. I would not recommend this clinic to even my worst enemy.

Thanks to Embryocenter I have been able to fulfill the most desired dream of my life.
