Since my doctor was busy and couldn’t do the procedure herself, I had an appointment with Sarah to have my fallopian tubes checked. I was very nervous before the procedure, but it turned out to be for nothing! Sarah described and explained every step of the procedure and was extremely friendly.

Before my visit, I asked specifically about the costs in order to consider whether I could afford the visit there and whether I wanted to pay the costs for an initial consultation. I asked twice whether my cost estimate was correct and whether I should expect additional costs. I was assured that I had recorded all costs correctly and so I made an appointment.
I felt very well looked after there, the advice was detailed and competent. Unfortunately, the bill came, which was ultimately twice as high as I had asked for and confirmed. I was horrified! Only then did I get a precise overview of the costs I would incur for the actual procedure, which did not correspond to the amount previously communicated. Unfortunately I couldn’t afford this amount. The clinic was a little accommodating to me, but the costs were still much higher than expected. If this information had been sent to me beforehand, I would have saved myself €550 and the visit. I’m really disappointed by the poor communication – I have the feeling that they’re simply trying to make money from the initial discussions.

We were with Dr. for about 2 years. We were treated and felt completely comfortable and well looked after and can recommend the practice and the center without reservation. Starting with the beautiful practice rooms, the quiet, feel-good atmosphere, the very uncomplicated communication, the extremely friendly and competent team, right through to the wonderful care from Dr. Man, fertility treatment just couldn’t go any better. Especially because this is a highly sensitive and sometimes exhausting procedure, it was a nice feeling to have such a great doctor and her great team at his side. So we can only say thank you because through Dr. Every day we can marvel at our little miracle, which is now 1 year old…

Dr. Man, who should ONLY talk to me about my problem (I specifically asked for it), the first thing that came is that she betrayed me to my husband. Then in the entrance area, where it is already full, there are women sitting with dripping medication. Are you crazy??! At the train station with such an intimate thing?!?! And for the money too?? :)) No thanks!

The expectations of Dr. Man, they weren’t what we wanted. Since my wife met all the criteria to become pregnant without any problems, the disappointment was enormous after two weeks when the pregnancy test showed negative. The clinic showed no interest in consulting the patient and questioning her opinions. We also received no response to an email. The name Kinder”wunsch”klinik obviously means that it is just a wish without a guarantee, where business interests are in the foreground, which was also confirmed by a request for a direct debit. Everyone should consider whether this decision is worth burning thousands of euros.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Mann and her practice. As a patient for ~1 year, I have always been given a careful examination, personal treatment plan, and empathetic approach. You feel the entire team is highly competent and puts their patients first, providing a professional, smooth, and accomodating approach to every individual. You are in great hands here, can only recommend.

A wonderful practice! We felt very comfortable in this practice from the start. A feel-good atmosphere with loving furnishings, an incredibly friendly practice team that is always ready to help, good practice structures with feedback on findings or questions on the same day digitally on your cell phone and extremely sensitive and competent doctors – all of this made the strenuous time of trying to have children much more pleasant! Many thanks especially to Dr. Al-Kaisi and to Dr. Albrecht and the entire practice team! We would come back in a heartbeat!

First of all, I would like to say that the atmosphere and all the staff at the practice are very friendly. But as soon as it is in accordance with As the desire to have children became more complicated, I felt like I wasn’t in the right place. In some cases incorrect diagnoses were made and treatment approaches were inadequate and simply wrong – especially in retrospect. I don’t want to publish details here. The preparation of a report to cover costs also took a very long time. And also incorrect diagnoses, not even approved by my treating doctor. It doesn’t actually have to be a burden during the already difficult time of wanting to have children.
The treatment with Dr. Al-Kaisi was great, but she is no longer in practice. I can only recommend going to another practice if you want to have children, which is what I did and there really is a world of difference. Perhaps the practice is still in its infancy.

We were from July 2023 – May 2024 by Dr. Mann supports and recommends the practice without reservation:
– very well organized appointment scheduling –> hardly any waiting time
– Appointments possible before 8 a.m. –> compatible with work
– beautiful practice rooms
– friendly medical assistants
– quick reports of findings by email (almost always on the same day)
– Treatment plans are discussed together
– pleasant atmosphere during ultrasound examinations (dimmed light; examination usually on a normal couch)
– Ms. Dr. Mann is a very competent doctor who always made us feel comfortable and who always encouraged us! The entire course of treatment with all individually tailored preliminary examinations seemed very well thought out and was not dragged out unnecessarily, so that despite the failed IVF, we can already hold our baby in our hands in January!

The practice can only be recommended. They don’t shove you straight into the IVF or ICSI drawer, but instead look for the causes and concentrate on the diagnosis. My husband and I started our fertility treatment at this practice in April, and I already had a positive test in July.

The staff is incredibly friendly, competent and reliable.
