It was difficult for us to decide to take the step but the result has been incredible. Coming from France, we were welcomed and supported by CREA in the best possible way for our IVF journey. From the start of our journey and throughout the process we felt confident, thanks to the entire team and especially to Joëlle who, more than an interpreter, accompanied us with great kindness and professionalism. Our experience at CREA has been exceptional. We do not live in Valencia and they have always adapted to our situation, making the process easier for us, in terms of schedules and flexibility, in

What a bureaucratic odyssey! Instead of getting excited about being future parents, we feel like spies on a secret mission.

First, they asked us for photocopies of our IDs, which we sent with some information crossed out. But they have demanded to see all the details because “it has always been done that way.” Do you really need my parents’ name?

We reached an agreement with Rosa, to present the DNIs in person. However, Ignacio appeared demanding the photocopy. After explaining to him that, according to the AEPD and the RGPD, they only had to collect the necessary data, we asked him for a law that justified his demand. But, in an unexpected turn, Ignacio ignored our request and unilaterally canceled the appointment.

In the end, this experience was frustrating and, at the same time, comical. We are left wondering if, to access their services, you have to submit to any of their demands without question.

We went in January 2023, referenced, the treatment has been very good, but after 3 transfers, the first of them with an 8-week abortion. A year and a half later, with tests involved, we still had no success and with it the loss of confidence in the clinic, so we decided to change and have other opinions.

With just one date, after a few years thinking about the possibility of being a mother, it was clear to me that I wanted to continue with you, and make my wish come true.
Today I have a beautiful two-year-old girl, who is the light of my eyes.
And I thank each and every one of you who has helped me fulfill this dream: To Dr Mónica Muñoz, for her great professionalism and, most importantly, her human quality.
To the embryologists, for the interest they showed in the study of my case, since due to my age it was a bit complicated. Without your help it would have been impossible.

Crea was recommended to us, and it was one of the best decisions me any my partner made. We live in UK and we wanted the best option available. We realizeed that the level of tests and detail that CREA was providing, was not available in UK. So we decided to travel to Valencia and stay in an airbnb for the duration of the treatment, and it was worth it 100%. They explained everything to us in a very simple way, they gave us specific time schedules for everything, and they treated us in a very friendly way. At the same time they were very professional and paid a lot of attention to small details. They made tests that either were not available in UK, or we were struggling a lot to even book this type of tests. Even though IVF doesn’t guarantee success (and this is something that couples should know before they decide anything), now we are back to UK, my partner is 8 months pregnant, and CREA still gives us advice about anything that we might ask. All the team was fantastic, but I have to specifically thank Joëlle and Franceska for their guidance and patience through the whole process. I can’t recommend them enough

I have no words to thank the entire crea team, not only on a professional level but also on a humanitarian level.
Attentive, close, respectful, to put it more clearly, THEY HONOR MENTAL HEALTH.
We had been searching for more than 4 years and we couldn’t get pregnant.
After going to the famous clinic of Dr. Miracle where they gave us a fatal diagnosis, with only an ultrasound they told me that it was impossible to stay naturally that I needed in vitro, they did not look at my husband, they did not do any more tests.
I left there crying about the diagnosis and the price but my desire was so great that I thought about moving forward, thank goodness my gynecologist advised me to go to CREA and to ignore that diagnosis.
Today I finished the treatment at CREA for artificial insemination and wow, the first time I got pregnant.
Something that in the other clinic they told me that I did this at home and it was impossible.
Thanks to the crea team, the doctors, nurses, reception, and laboratory are wonderful.
Apart from being professionals, they are human and most importantly they look at you and both of you well.
That having a child is a matter for two, not just for the woman.
The prices and everything are super good.
