They have scammed us!!!! We have gone to the Dorsia clinic to do an in vitro treatment, from one day to the next the gynecologist RAMON resigns, and the person in charge of the place BARBARA informs us that the Valencia branch closes and that the file will be transferred to ALICANTE!!!, if available The clinic is ten minutes away and we now have it more than two hours away!!! , so we had to continue in Alicante because no one gave us an answer, only BARBARA informed us that the company was within its rights to close the clinic when it deemed appropriate and that was the case.
We demanded that they reimburse us for the expenses incurred by going back and forth to Alicante and they told us no, so we had to go back and forth to Alicante with money from our pockets.
It is outrageous that a company steals our money like it did, breaking the contract and without caring at all.
DO NOT TRUST DORSIA THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

In a word, I don’t know whether to define it as SHAMEFUL.
My wife and I started the treatment in May of this year, and we paid for half the treatment at once, we did tests and so on. Suddenly, on the day we were supposed to start taking the hormones, they told us that they were closing the clinic. That we would have to go 1 hour away to continue with the treatment. We asked not to continue with the treatment and logically that they return the money invested because it is not my fault that the contract is not being fulfilled, in fact we signed a paper with the money back minus the analytics, which logically we have to pay for.
Well, at the clinic they supposedly send an email to the headquarters (which we imagine is Madrid) we have been waiting for a month for them to tell us something, when they told us that it would take 4 weeks, we didn’t receive a call or anything. This week we contacted customer service and they told us that our case is nowhere to be found and it is not recorded. They told me again that this week they are contacting us again, and it is Friday and we still don’t know anything. I am already desperate, please tell me how you have acted so I can act. Because we can’t start treatment somewhere else until we have the money. And the analytics also expire after 6 months.
SHAMEFUL!! I FEEL SCAMMED!!!

My first experience at the Eva Castellón clinic was perfect, I had my baby and everything was perfect, my surprise??
When I wanted to have my second in vitro, they told me that the clinic had closed, they sent me to Valencia, they did an in vitro in Madrid and the follow-up in Valencia, I became pregnant biochemically, and when I went to try again, they told me that too They close it and divert me to Alicante two and a half hours from my house…..
Shameful!!

Hello, I have had a regular experience with this clinic, I have done 2 in vitro with them, one of which was a biochemical transfer and in the other a missed abortion in week 6, for that part it is perfect because in both of them I have managed to get pregnant although will not come to fruition.
My complaint is about the treatment, everything is very fast, 5 minute consultations, everything is very cold and dry, they don’t ask you how you are, or how the transfer went, since they don’t have a place to do it right there and they send you to Alicante or to Madrid, quite a pain, in fact in my biochemistry, he sent me the result of the beta by WhatsApp, very sad, what a touch and emotional help zero patatero, we are going to continue with the IVF but in another clinic. I hope to help with this comment.

Our adventure with them has been incredible. We went to other well-known clinics. And when we step into Eva clinic we feel at home.
I did not know that such a good bond could be created between a gynecologist and patients.

My experience here was terrible, they are not professionals, they gave me two attempts in vitro and they had not even told me that I had fibroids. The day they performed the transfer, I felt so much pain that I left there in a terrible state. Obviously, I didn’t keep the embryos either. There is a huge difference between the prices advertised and real ones (x 3-4 times higher). I find this was of communication dodgy. I didn’t feel I would like to go on such a journey with this clinic. I was attended in a professional way. Nothing to say there.
