We have made 2 attempts at ovarian stimulation since the first one did not go well and we did feel a little bad there. However, on the second attempt everything was perfect and the transfer worked the first time and we are currently expecting our baby. We are generally grateful for the treatment offered by all the staff.

Great professionals, we have been very comfortable with them🥰 despite the difficulties we have had, they have always been supporting us 24 hours a day for whatever we needed, and María, the nurse, is a truly loving person and I recommend her 100%.

My case was curious because when I decided to put myself in the hands of this clinic to perform an in vitro (especially because of the good reviews about María and which I can corroborate are true) the magic of life happened and I became pregnant naturally just before to start treatment after a year of trying. It was a surprise for everyone since my ovarian reserve was not going in my favor. Well, I have to thank the clinic that being my new situation, they were by my side until I was practically 3 months pregnant, giving me check-ups, asking questions, worrying and of course returning my money without any problem. I thank Lidia for her attention and her work and María for those hugs and nice words all this time despite not having done the treatment with them. Thank you all!

I went to find out about the preservation of maternity, we want to be daddies in the future, we decided to preserve maternity, to have a safer option in the future, we are delighted with the treatment of the entire clinic, very professional from Lidia who She gave me all the information, María who answered all my questions and the Doctor who had infinite patience and explained everything to me…. Thanks to them I am calm with my vitrified genetic material.

This clinic is gambling with patients and money. I was sent here by Tambre Clinic. With 1 transfer they always responded to no emails too late. Before the embryo transfer, the progesterone levels were not important to the clinic…the employee told me…that no matter what the levels are, the transfer will be done without knowing the levels. Then I got a syringe…which was supposed to be kept in the fridge for 3 days…but I wrote on the syringe…shouldn’t be kept in the fridge for more than 24 hours. Of course…the embryo transfer was negative. I sent all my documents…with histeroscopy, uterus biopsy, and many other examinations…the HSBen didn’t read that at all. When I then asked…if they had read the biopsy…they sent me a stimulation plan…to prove to me that they had read my biopsy plan…I didn’t do a stimulation plan with my biopsy plan…and now I’m doing it also embryo transfer with donated eggs. For the 2nd transfer today, December 23rd, 2024, I was sent a plan that I should start on December 17th, 2024. In this clinic no one cares about the patients or a good plan.

I promised myself that when time passed a little and I healed many comments and wounds that stay with you forever, I would write this comment to the clinic…
-I ONLY went for some analyzes and complementary fertility tests that the S.S. did not cover for my husband and me.
-They took me out of EVERYTHING from those consultations, when I was already in the hands of professionals and knew perfectly well how I was doing since I had gynecological check-ups practically several times a month.
-From that EVERYTHING, I mean that they made me think that I had a fatal ovarian reserve (LIE) that was only somewhat diminished due to a cyst operation that they performed on me.
-I went because I had 2 abortions and we were looking for some light and results to rule out other problems, and they took everything away from me, when they were not asked, that there was reduced ovarian reserve and according to them fatal for my age (28 years), which if the left ovary is smaller and the eggs are reduced… etc., according to them I was not going to be a mother naturally or it was going to be very difficult for me, it remains to be said that they already had all our results and they were perfect, nothing at all but they insisted on me that the solution was have an invitro and thus be a mother now and etc etc, all this of course with exorbitant prices and telling us to go looking for a family member who will lend it to us, to go looking for financing…

What was a few visits just to complement examinations of other things they were doing to us turned into something horrifying and at that moment sank me psychologically.
