Clínica Baren – Reviews and Prices

When business is more important than people and service. Yesterday, 01/14/2025, I requested a gynecology appointment directly at the outpatient consultation desk.
The lady who assists me tells me that coincidentally an appointment has been canceled for today, 01/15 at 7:20 p.m. He gives me a confirmation flyer for the appointment. As it is from one day to the next I organize myself to take advantage of the appointment, I receive a message reminding me of the appointment at night.
Well, when I arrive today, having changed my schedule, since patients also have lives and commitments, the lady tells me that the appointment is wrong and that she has to consult it. I wait 15′ until he tells me that they won’t serve me today. That the appointment was given to me wrong. That I could come back next Wednesday, something that is impossible for me. Well, nothing, it was given incorrectly and they shouldn’t have given it to me. In other words, the consequences are paid by the client. Are they no longer apologizing for mistakes? Are there no more options? Or do you take it or leave it? When the lean times arrive, they will return to good care, right?

I called to make an appointment and the guy who helped me was super dry and a bit rude.

I can’t say much more about the clinic because I only went one day. But if we want to make special mention of the gynecologist Salvador (he treated us in gynecological emergencies and then I made an appointment with him) It is very wrong to only review when things go wrong, since the strange thing is that we review because someone does their job with so much empathy with the patient and treat you with such understanding (which should be normal).
But in this case we will not tire of thanking you for your good work.

One of the worst clinics I went to, they made an appointment for my wife at an hour, they said they have a 5 minute waiting list and every time we have gone we waited more than an hour plus my wife is 7 months pregnant. I don’t recommend it at all. They see that they cannot handle the amount of work, so they organize well the hours that they are going to review them and that’s it. My wife’s feet hurt and she felt overwhelmed.

They do not answer the call directly when you have questions, they refer you to the Vithas switchboard where they only cancel or modify the appointment but months in advance, when the previously requested appointment was made 5 months in advance. The Vithas system is disappointing. A claim will be made through the contracted health insurance

It’s no use making an appointment. Very slow team. 1 hour wait for a simple review….

We are so grateful to Dr Idoya and the rest of the team for the help and support they gave us during the assisted reproduction process. Dr Idoya was absolutely amazing, professional and transparent. We’ve always received all the answers and explanations we needed very quickly, during weekends also. Everything went very well and I am now in my fifth month of pregnancy with a very healthy baby!
