Clayo Clinic first class service kind caring approach towards our fertility journey. The team were amazing Dr Hrehorcak has a professional approach , managed our expectations, he is gentle and kind. I cannot write this review with mentioning the person who employed an empathetic and kind attitude towards us Irena without your support this journey would have been difficult. Thank you so much for the time and dedication you gave us. Irena kept us abreast with all details throughout our 3 weeks in Prague, we always knew what was happening from protocol to medicine to check ups everything. Lastly I’d like to mention the nurses and reception staff who went above and beyond to make us welcome thank you so much to everyone Clayo Clinic.

Sitting more than an hour on the reception (came 5 minutes prior to the appointment), ladies have no clue what is going on here, and showing absolutely no interest when asked.
A week ago, I sent a request via e-mail, but there was no reaction from Clayo. I don’t even know if they got it.
I strongly believe that the doctors here might be good, but the operations department is extremely weak.

Thanks to the Clayo clinic, Dr. Jarošová, Dr. Hlinka and the entire team, we had a healthy, wonderful baby girl in June after a long struggle and the loss of a baby. The clinic stands out for its wonderful and personal approach to clients, the owners personally attend to each couple and you feel absolutely perfect with them! Thank you so much for our prayed for baby girl – we will never forget you and we will never be able to thank you enough 🍀🙏🙏❤️

For us, it is the best clinic. It has a family approach and helpful staff, from the receptionist to the doctor. We will never stop being grateful that we found Clay. After my previous experience at another clinic, I was worried about another IVF, but here they quickly disappeared because I felt safe.
We haven’t taken the baby home from the clinic yet, but thanks to Dr. Hlink, our results are very encouraging. The clinic of Mr. and Mrs. Hlink is run with heart and a human approach, for which we are extremely grateful.

The best clinic, with a perfect family individual approach, which has no competition. My husband and I feel very comfortable there. Our needs are heard and we have a common goal. Thanks to the Clayo Clinic, we found the lost trust of IVF clinics again and now we know 100% that we are in the right place❤️ Even at the reproductive clinic, one can feel at home, we experience exactly that feeling when we come there and we wish all couples to experience that.
