Chicago IVF in Munster is an excellent fertility clinic with a truly compassionate and friendly staff. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted warmly, and the team makes an often stressful journey feel much more manageable. The nurses are knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to explain every step of the process, while the front desk staff are incredibly supportive and kind. They genuinely care about their patients and do their best to provide comfort and encouragement. If you’re looking for a fertility clinic with a welcoming atmosphere and a dedicated team, Chicago IVF Munster is a great choice.

All I have to say is the IUI worked and I love the Munster staff.

My husband and I had an appointment for our last ultrasound at this location this morning . Staff was wonderful we were checked in and seen promptly . Thank you chicago Ivf .

Chicago IVF was amazing and supportive through the entire process. My husband had an abdominal surgery which left him with a retrograde ejaculation. I’m mentioning this because we had no idea how to approach this complication and maybe someone with the same situation might find it helpful. We knew this was a risk when he had the surgery and his surgeon did offer some advice and referrals which seemed overly complicated, invasive and would require trips to Indianapolis. We decided to take a chance on somewhere more local and we couldn’t be happier that we did! Chicago IVF offered him the option of going to their orland office to see their andrologist. I was able to do all of the blood work and monitoring in the Munster office and when the time was right, we were able to go to the orland office, provide his sample and have the andrologist wash the sample and then perform IUI. It took 3 tries but we were able to conceive another baby that we welcomed into the world 3 weeks ago. I would recommend Chicago IVF to anyone who has the same issue that we had. Thanks to everyone on the team for making our little baby possible!

I am not pregnant yet, but my experience with Chicago IVF, and Tammy (my nurse), has been wonderful so far! Everyone has made me feel comfortable, allowed me to have input on my treatment, & they have been very knowledgeable too. I feel like I am in good hands here, & I am hopeful we will have a baby soon! 🙂

Update: I am currently 13 weeks pregnant, and everything is going well! Dr. Brasch was absolutely amazing in making me feel seen/heard and in answering all of my questions without rushing or becoming frustrated like some other doctors. I am happy with the care I received overall!

Chicago IVF team was great from start to Finish! They were passionate about what they do and compassionate throughout our entire journey to conceive. We welcomed our healthy little boy at the end of August and am so grateful to the team for helping to make our dreams come true.

Could not ask for a better group of professionals to work with. I truly appreciate Tammy and the team at this location, and would recommend them to anyone! They are caring, encouraging, friendly, and welcoming. You aren’t just a number to them, but a person that matters. Being on this journey, I could not ask for a better group to have by my side!!
