I have been an egg donor here 3 times since 2022. During a donation, frequent visits to the office are required so I have a lot of experience at this location. Every single interaction I have with the staff is consistently amazing. From the front desk, to the ultra sound tech, nurses, the entire donor team, the phlebotomist, the surgeon, the anesthesiologist, literally everyone is awesome. It makes the donation experience so incredible. Because of this I can imagine that for whatever reason you may find yourself needing their services, it will be a really good choice for your fertility journey.

Why is it that an existing patient cannot get through four times in one day to the front desk to schedule an appointment for monitoring? It’s really quite ridiculous. My sister friend stopped doing IVF treatment because she was traumatized by her experience. I am only needing off site monitoring which you would think it not a big deal and it’s really been a nightmare working with this clinic.

They are amazing . 10/10 recommend. So sweet so caring dr jaffee was amazing and megan was awesome too. All the nurses and the whole staff is great.

I wish to say a big thank you to Dr Albert Asante and his team for an excellent job.Dr Albert Asante has been following me up with a lot of patience, and very caring as well.When it was my last day with him and his team I cried because I was going to miss them.
However everything was bcuz I completed my treatment with them and got a good result.
I will make sure to refer my family and friends to Dr Albert Asante.

My wife and I have been going to CRM Winter Park for almost 3 years now. All communications with the team are through their portal which is convenient but at times confusing when there are multiple message threads. Going through the fertility treatments can sometimes feel isolating and a lot of times discouraging. But whenever we go to the office for our appointments, Ms. Kelly and Tita Ruby always greet us with a warm smile. They are so sincere with checking how we are and always encourage us to keep going. Dr. Jaffe comes with years of knowledge and experience and has been wonderful in leading my wife and I’s journey through infertility. I took away 1 star from my review because there have been multiple instances where interactions and communications with the other teams have been dismissive, condescending, and not so empathetic of the stressors that come with this infertility journey. Coming from healthcare myself, I understand the impact of compassion and putting myself in the shoes of the patients I serve.

Dr. Asante and Jennifer’s team have taken the time to thoroughly understand my condition and explain my treatment protocols.

I want to express my gratitude to Decejabe, and Yolimar. Ms Judy and ultrasound team and Front desk Ms. Ruby and Kelly for being incredibly friendly and helpful.

Everyone at this clinic goes the extra mile, creating the most supportive environment I have ever experienced. Thank you all so much!

My family and I want to use this opportunity to thank Dr Albert Asante and his team for a great job done .I had to cry the last day I was told that I should continue with my OBGY since I felt so comfortable with him and his team but I know it was because of the great outcome I had with them.
Dr Albert Asante is very humble and takes his time with his patient ,and he makes sure he follows up his patients very well.I wish you were my OBGY Sir , and also I wish I could give you more than 20 Stars Sir.
